I didn't geta chance to post on friday so here is for 2 days ago.
15 minute warm up
10 minutes stretching with big circles and helis
25 lamda jelqs
25 Uli V jelqs
15 minutes edging with a few short ULI's
The v jelqs felt really good but for some reason the lamda jelqs didn't feel very effective. I need to start finding more time for edging dammit!

It's been little over 3 weeks I believe. I think I'm going to make my next date for halloween.
