Clamping and hanging have been amongst my main activities lately.

Boy OH boy have I gained!!!!!!!!!!!!

The gains keep pouring in like rain through a crappy low-rental apartment rooftop.

EQ, girth AND length!!!!

Gonna take a week off to let my dick heal!! Imagine the gains when everything heals up.

Damn man, congrats on your one year of PE. Or happy belated I should say. My bad, I wish I saw this earlier!!! Congrats on all the gains you have made. It's always motivating to look back on a year and just look at all the progress and knowledge that has been accumulated. I'm sure I will say the same thing when my first year anniversary comes around.

I'll take you up on the offer of a routine sir. I'm really digging having alternating days of length and then girth. It's making the recovery between workouts nice. Thanks in advance for taking the time to help a fellow PEr out, you're a good man Radiohead. Talk you soon!

Hey DT,

I'm glad you like the length/girth alternation idea. I just wanted to show you a quick routine that you can do within half an hour. You get the idea :p

So yeah, today is day 3 of my decondition break. I havent touched or even looked at my penis yet. I'm not going to do so until next monday!

However I do admit that monday, I jerked off. My penis WAS SO DAMN HARD. The girth was pushing that 5.375 to it's limit. Damn it felt good.

By the way, my orgasm intensity has increased greatly. I love PE.

When it's time to work out on monday, this is my routine:

-Warm up in the shower
-Pump in the shower for approx. 5-8 minutes
-Re-warm up
-Clamp for 5 minutes. Remove clamp.
-Re-warm up
-Edge WITH the clamp on for a full 10 minutes. Get at least 5 PONR (points of no return) and then hold the ejaculation back. My girth will EXPLODE. Blow a huge load when finished clamping.
-Warm up
-Hang 1lbs for 20 minutes
-Warm down

Hell, that makes me gain right away! Cant wait for monday.

Very important to reheat before each other exercise people forget that after stretching for exemple you need to rewarm up for jelq

It sucks. Pain in the ass to use. It's really not worth it.

I was excited and ended up buying one. It's good to use if you mix it with other exercising. If you only pump, you wont gain.

Well thats kind of settled it for me and the bathmate. If im correct the trouble gaining girth thread was yours. If so thanks to yourself and PH I am finally gaining girth.

your length is very impressive, good luck with the girth

Definitely dont buy the bathmate.

Looks like you already passed your first girth objective ;) Nice job.

Trust me, girth is way more important than length.

Hey guys. I've officially turned into a lazy bastard.

I got the swine flu vaccine for my volunteering at the hospital. I also got a position raise. I am no longer an Emergency Room volunteer. I am now a NICU (Neo-Natal Intensive Care Unit) Wards volunteer. I basically rock babies on my chest for 3 hours ;)

Cutest job in the world!

Anyways, I dont study enough. I dont PE enough. I took a temporary pause from working out at the gym because I have back pain. Damn it!!

Im gonna jelq tonight. Havent done that in months. I am a hanger/pumper

I know girth is more important but length always does look good!

I just had a kid and yes rocking the little one to sleep is awesome.

I think getting back to jelqing will bring new girth gains as it may shock the penis slightly.

Hey old log,

I really miss you. I havent done any serious PE sh*t in over 5 months. School and lifestyle really get into the way. The more I workout at the gym, the less I PE. It's a known fact!

I havent really gone through with the shock routine. No time! Yesterday, I did a real good session:

-Hot bath + 30 full minutes of medium strength bathmate pumping
-10 minutes clamping, fully erect
-75 ok grip jelqs
-random stretching throughout the day

Today:
-no warm up (lol!!!!)
-dry air pumping (erect) with the bathmate for like 1 minute, just to see
-masturbation

I really like the dry air pumping. I'm gonna go through with that for a while. Erect dry pumping.

As soon as school is out, I'm gonna get my ass on a structure routine with lots of jelqing, minimum 4 days a week. It's been a while since I've last seen some gains. Its time to hit that 7.25 inch mark and 5.5 inch girth. I cant fucking wait.

I'm also considering going back on the L-Arginine supplements. I gained the most on a structured jelq orientated routine and arginine supplements.

My routine would be something like:

Routine 1:
-Warm up
-Basic 5 way stretch
-100 ok jelqs
-5 to 10 minutes erect dry pumping @ low intensity
-Warm down

Routine 2:
-Warm up
-Basic 5 way stretch
-60 second tunica tug (hold)
-100 jelqs
-10 minute clamp (erect)
-edge + ejaculate
-warm down


Both routines shouldnt take more than 45 minutes each. If I do this 4 days a week (alternate routines) for 3 months, I will definitely gain. The problem is school.

Will I find the just balance? Maybe! I cant let my penis down. I cant let PE down! What is happening to me. PE is my passion, I want it back.

Also I need to buy friggin Acai Berry extract.

Had a pretty cool routine today.

Warmed up, stretched a lot, jelqed a little bit..followed by a warm down. Jelqed at 0-33% erection.

It feels great. A nice, light routine..and my flaccid is really plump.

Gonna do this again tomorrow. This is how you gain.
