I have a question. Lately I get this strange feeling in my penis.
It starts tingling and then it starts to swell up. It gets so hard that it's difficult to urinate. What is causing this? It will eventually go away by itself. Do you think this is caused by my doing PE for over 11 years? This has me extremely worried because my penis has never swelled up or gotten hard before. Do you think I have hard penis syndrome? My flaccid is fine.

Yes how will this help? This is happening more and more, i.e in line at the bank, walking through the isles at the market, standing, talking to a women. I am thinking of going to a urologist to find out whats happening to my penis.
Has anyone ever had this happen before? Where your penis actually gets hard?

I used to have this happen to me a lot. However, over the past ten years or so it rarely happens. Do you think you may have a venous leak or perhaps a hard flaccid?

They say while not common, it does happen to some men.

The advice is: Just leave it alone and it will subside.
