I've started hanging today. Bought a bib starter hanger. Today's hanging session will be very light, just to get used to wrapping, getting the thing on, taking it off, etc.
Routine:
10 mins warm-up
5 directional stretches w/ kegels & circular stretches
50 wet jelqs
18 mins hanging, 2 lbs.
10 mins warm-down
As I get used to how to use the hanger, I will increase the number of sets. I've decided to do sets of 18 minutes instead of exactly 20 minutes to give myself a little extra time in case I take longer than expected to get the hanger on/off. I will edit this post after the hanging session with how it felt, and what I noticed.
EDIT: Finished my first 18-min set of hanging. I noticed my shaft and head were cold, but not discolored. My penis looked longer and felt stretched out. During the hanging session, I felt that the weight was stretching the skin on the top of my shaft, more than it was stretching the ligament. In other words, the skin will have to stretch out before the ligament begins to stretch out; the skin was taking most of the stress of the weight.
Also, just to note, I was sitting on the edge of my seat, with the weight pulling my shaft straight down.
