Hello JLannister and all PEGym members.
I normally just lurk the forum but as I wanted to share to share my own experience with an Apadravya piercing I finally decided to register.
First of all, in order to get one you need to make both the piercings your mentioned. You make it in two phases instead of just sticking the needles from one side to the other, first you pierce for the Prince Albert and then you proceed with Reverse PA hole, or the other way around. You pierce normally pierce through the urethra. The PA hole is pretty much painless as you don't pierce much flesh but the reverse one hurts a bit more as you have to go through more meat. There are individual differences in pain, as for me I like pain and I also considered body suspension after this experience
About the piercing process:
The very first few days you'll have to sit down every time you want to pee as the coagulated blood particles inside your urethra feel like razor blades running thru your penis. I found this more painful than the pierce itself! Back at the time I was still living with my family and they must have wondered why it was taking me so much time every time I went to the toilet. Because of the pain and injury
you won't have morning erections for a while and when they do come back they bring pain with them so forget about masturbation for a good 7-10 days.
Talking about it,
you won't be able to masturbate as you used to anymore in your life. Before piercing I used to close my foreskin in a grip on PONR and just come inside it, then take a tissue and drop all the cum on it. As it is quite uncomfortable to slide the foreskin past the piercing, now I just shoot my load while holding a tissue right in front of the hole, which feels better anyway xD
This is very important though, I am not stimulating my glans anymore. Exercises that require glans stimulation like the ballooning will become more tedious to do, if not painful! You might need a different approach to exercise. Also, the length of the barbell you use is based on your erect size so when you are soft it kinds of stick out.
Pros/Cons:
Pro 1: It doesn't require much care and
it heals very quickly. Out of my 4 piercings (apa, industrial, nipple and rook) it's the one that gave me the least troubles. It stays in place and doesn't move.
Pro 2: As it doesn't change pee's trajectory you can pee normally even while standing still. Some droplets will come out of your two new holes though. Prince Albert makes it harder to pee.
Pro 3: No one around you knows about it. No judging. It won't affect your job interview.
Cons 1: You might have to change the way you are performing PE exercises. I train on PF balance rather than size so I cannot really tell you more about it.
Cons 2: Having an erection while you are outside while wearing your tight jeans might hurt a bit, forever.
Cons 3: If barbell and balls' size aren't perfect you might develop a callus around the balls.
Cons 3: Girls here in Japan get hell scared out of it and ask me to remove it for having sex.
Cons 4: When you remove the piercing for having sex or other reasons (eg. medical visits) the hole might shrink and make it difficult to apply it again.
As for sex, I prefer to simply remove it. Putting on the condom on top of the piercing will require some practice and you might also fear that it would break although it never happened to me. I believe it's pretty safe from this point of view.
Unless my girlfriend is very aroused it isn't possible to penetrate her while having it on. The barbell hits the vagina very much like a
battering ram which doesn't sound very exciting, right? When I had sex with it, neither of us felt much difference in pleasure so it's mostly on the psychological level I guess.
All in all,
don't make a genital piercing because of improved sex or to impress ladies, have one because you really like it and want one for YOU.
After 7 years of wearing it I still love it very much!
