I have been exercising for 4-5 years.

I had tendinitis on my left shoulder for 2 years
I have lower back pain and i cant pick up things more than 50 pounds, its been months now and i know it will never completely heal .My pain was so bad that i had to take pills for months , i lose a bit of hair , and felt worthless and depressed because the pills made me feel like sh*t!
So please learn from me , I was an exercise addict ,

Right now im feeling better , my back is heeling , my mind is fresher.


1)please do not continue to exercise if u feel pain , the pain will get worser and worser . If u have pain ur body is telling you to rest.
2)please dont bring your problems to the gym, dont think by going the extra mile that you will get an edge in life, all your going to get is fatigue and injuries.
3)please eat ur vegetables, whenever u feel fatigued, it means ur body needs to eat more carbs, Don't continue ur days with a fatigued body , If you continue with a fatigued body ur hair will fall out, (my fuken hair fell out when i was trying to lose weight for girls) ..IF u feel fatigued then something is wrong!,. Lower ur exercise intensity by 50% and eat more CARBS and protein. SOmetimes you have to exercise with a 50% intensity for weeks until ur body recovers from fatigue ...
4)do not continue to exercise with the same intensity every session , One day you can exercise with 80 % intensity and the other day you should exercise with a 100% intensity than the other day exercise with a 50% intensity . MIX IT UP!!!!!! it prevents fatigue!!!!!!!!
5)you need to learn about exercise from the masters, from the old heads, this new kats are just trying to sell you something, there are so many theories out there. Please understand 90% of the sh*t you read is FALSE!!! LIES! BALLSHIT! .. BALLSHIT BALLSHIT , also what works for somebody might not work for you! .
6) listen to your body , exercise should be a pleasure, if ur not feeling well then ur body is telling u something!, listen to your body do not follow those scientific Arnold Schwarzenegger routines, but instead listen to your body. You must be 100% when u exercise ,
7) exercise is supposed to give you energy , you should come to the gym and leave MORE REFRESHED MORE RELAXED! MORE ENERGETIC!, you must feel stronger after you left the gym!!!!! .
8)stop exercising to "failure" if you feel that you could of done 10 pushups please do 7 pushups, Next time do 5 pushups , than the next session do 8 pushups.IF u feel u got stronger go ahead and do 11 pushups, and so on etc... Please keep away from failure it only builds up fatigue! ..
9) keep away from fatigue
10)keep away from fatigue
11)keep away from fatigue
12)keep away from pain
13)stop bringing out ur problems to the gym
14)keep away from fatigue
15)learn to eat ur vegetable and meats
16)stop reading exercise articles from the net
17)stop getting advice from fuken bastards off the internet
18)learn to exercise from a real master not some dude that came out of Harvard university and thinks he knows about exercise because he read 100 books, instead learn from the people that were sick but became stronger mentally , emotionally , physically, spiritually! . Learn from the people that had injuries !!!!!! they have the most experience, they learned the hard way because their the dumbasses that believed everything they read....
19)never exercise before bedtime, it will disrupt sleep!,(best is to exercise in the morning or in the afternoon), at night learn to relax,
20)if u wake up in the morning and feel tired then something is wrong, you should wake up and feel refreshed
21) oh i forgot the most important thing = WARMUP!!!!!! WARMUP!!! for 10 to 15 minutes , JOG !!!! start shadow boxing , WARMUP ! WARM UP! WARM UP! WARM UP! WARM UP!

2)do not follow my advice because of the physical part, Im not trying to improve your bench and i would never give you advice how to improve your bench , im only interested about how you feel . I want the exercise to make you feel better emotionally and physically .




please ask ur questions , and trust me for 2 months!

read all my posts that i made, you will see i actually care and want to help people, everything i posted here in this forum is from my experience, I never posted any theories, if u find that i posted theories, please ban me now

I used to overdo PE for a well of a year...I had developed ED could not excercise well but I forced my body even more.I could not sleep well and started to have panic attacks.Then I started falling.My health got bad but I could not stop.Then I had lower back pains and chest pains.I think that I may have destroyed something in my body.Then I taked a decsision.What ever happen again I wont get anxious again and I should always do what my body wants to be happy.Now I am on 1month rest and I think that most of the pains have gone.I have gone to a cardiologist and took a echo test wich saw that I dont have anything.I did not believe that because I was still in pain although I believe that it might be psycological.Hope after that month to be better.

I vote for a sticky since this is something that I myself have been trough. Excercise only when your body feels to.

"No pain no gain" is bullshit talk.

The part about leaving refreshed is great. When you leave refreshed your body is just pumping with growth hormone when you leave tired your cortisol jacks way up.

In other words, learn your own body's limit and eat healthy. But I don't know about fatigue part, do you mean like you don't rest after your training or at the training itself? I do kickboxing and the trainer usually kills us at the training. The next couple of days is painfull because you're completely sore, but after we recover and come back we're stronger and healthier than ever !

at the end of the day you will have a better understanding as the years pass . the more bones you brake the more nerves you damage the more muscles you pull the more fatigue you feel the more hair you lose the more bottles of pills u finish , in the end, out of all of that i will call you "master" because after all of that you understood what exercise is all about .

we are bussy , we have kids, school, work , we want to live, all we want to do is feel happy while we look attractive, we are not trying to be the best in the world . My advice is for the average person who wants to feel good , not for somebody who is trying to be the next Muhammad Ali


my advice is to continue to listen to your coach ,hopefully you have a good coach ,A master is the most important thing when it comes to exercise .

Sorry man, I thought you meant for everybody. I've been exercising for 6 years, since I was 17 years old. I know my body's limit well and I will never push myself beyond that limit. My body's limit gradually grows and becomes better. I'm not one of those stupid guys who tries to go too fast, that surely isn't the way. Train hard and recover. In my 6 years I never had an injury, either I'm doing it right or my body can withstand more.

I just found it odd about the fatigue part. Fatigue is not a bad thing, too much fatigue on the other hand IS bad. I think you're are trying to describe the latter. Breaking bones and tearing muscles is a bit too extreme...

I have a good coach, I train at Mike's Gym, based in Amsterdam. It's world famous and created the greatest fighters in K1, our country kinda dominates the kickboxing sport :p.

Although I like your way of thinking, I have to disagree with some of that stuff.

Lift heavy weights and do as many reps as you can. It just feels so good to force yourself really hard. All the frustration and anger sweats out of your body through weight lifting and cardio training. I guess that's the typical answer you'd get from a 19 year old.

I guess that's what works for me. maybe it doesnt work for everybody.

Bench press, squats, deadlifts, chin ups (pronation and supination grip), pulls ups, dips, lunges, floor wipers (ab exercise)...That is whats gonna stimulate testosterone production. Go heavy and go hard. What I mean by going hard is doing as many reps as you can of a heavy weight. Every few weeks, you can increase the weight OR the reps. I started out doing barbell bicep curls with 60lbs. I did 3 sets of 4 reps. Just two weeks later, went up to 5 sets x 4 reps. After that, went to 5 sets x 6-8 reps. Then I moved the notch up to 65 and so on. Now I am at 75lbs for barbell bicep curls and I have excellent hypertrophy in my biceps. I also do this for all the exercises I mentioned above.

Never had an injury myself. Everybody is different.

i dont disagree with you ,

my guide is about stimulating testosterone while being fresh as possible . 90% of the people try to achieve growth by going to failure(that is what they were taught by forums and magazines ) .


you can achieve high levels of tetesterone while giving it your all but staying 2-3 reps under "FAILURE"


anyway what works for you does not work for somebody else. it was cool to do that stuff at 18 , but now when u got things to do , you dont have time

look dude , this is a exercise routine for the average person who has things to do and is not trying to win a UFC match .


go to the park . Jog for 10 min , find a hill run up the hill a few reps, after do 2-4 sets of pushups or 2-4 sets of pullups, ... thats all you need dude, the goal is to come out of that refreshed , it is suppoused to help you , it is supposed to give you energy and YET INCREASE TESTOSTERONE AND MAKE YOU STRONGER! .. IF u dont feel well fine , just lower the intensity by 50% instead up doing 4 sets of pullups do 2 sets.

and remember never push a set, stay 3 reps under failure.
