Congratulations on the recent gains Pirate! Wow, with all the kegel work you've been putting in....you must have some great control around the PONR. I really need to get on board with kegels...they always seem to take a backseat to my stretch and jelq work. Well done my friend!!

My kegel work has really helped my EQ and my control. I am working steadily towards becoming MMO.
I think that kegels are so simple that they are seriously underrated by most PEers.
I strongly recommend getting serious about them. You will not regret it.

How much kegels does one do to improve is EQ?? How much kegel is too much??? I also believe that kegels are very important staple of any PE routine. Congrats on your gains Pirate!! Good luck on more gains in your PE journey!!!

How much to improve EQ? That really depends on how strong your PC/BC muscles are already. Or to put it another way, any kegel work will likely improve your EQ somewhat. The more consistent that you are, the more benefit you will receive. Of course, if you are already pretty strong, then the improvements will be very subtle.
The things to remember are:
1) Start out very easy and work up slowly.
2) While you are working to build strength, take at least every other day off so that your muscles can recover.
3) Balance your kegels with reverse kegels. (Pegasus is working on this issue and is a great source. As a place to start, figure 30% to 50% of your kegel workout should be Rev Kegels.)
4) Always keep a long term perspective. This is not a race.
Thankee for your congratulations and good wishes!

You've got some great stamina Pirate! Very impressive.

I don't know what a super kegel is, but I think that or towel raises would make my BC muscle either explode or shrivel and die. It seems my stamina is severely lacking when I look at your routine! I guess I better get cracking...

Blink Matie,
EQ was the main issue that drove me into the waiting arm of PE. I have been working the kegels and related exercises seriously for over a year and, I am happy to say, the work has paid off.
Don't be in a hurry, but do be consistent.

Thankee.
While I am very pleased with my EQ progress (that being my original and primary PE goal) there is still room for improvement (as I am 51.)
Thankee much for the encouragement!

So what does being 51 have to do with anything! You're as old as you think and with pe we can all be 22!

Right Ye Be!
And Kegels help you get there! Wooohooo!

Edit: Of course, I know one hell of a lot more than I even dreamed possible when I was 22.

Yes, but the breaks are pretty short.
For the towel raises, by the time I am done with a set of 10, my erection has faded a bit and I need to stroke it back up before I can start a new set.
