I checked out the No Jelq routine in Big Al's site. It does indeed include no jelqing, in fact, it includes no exercises that require lube. While I enjoy the jelq, dealing with the lube and clean up always makes finding the time for PE that much harder. The workout looks less time intensive but more intense than what I have been doing. I am still on break but looking forward to the new routine.

Ahoy Millia!
My current favorite is Baby Oil Gel mixed with a few drops of Bio Oil. (I buy the cheap knock off CVS versions of both.) I like the feel and the staying power. I put a small glob of the gel in my hand and then add a few drops of the oil and mix them by rubbing my hands together.

Ahh ok I can see where you would not like the clean-up then! I bet you have to scrub the poop deck afterwards hee hee.
I use strictly BioOil and I find that it is perfect for me and my routine because the clean-up consists of me edging and it goes away, and then I can stretch just fine!

Do you have to reapply very often? I tried the Bio Oil by itself but had to keep adding more while I jelqed. It made the poop deck slippery as all hell!

Well see here's the difference between our routines, I've cut out my manual jelqing set and added in a longer set of edging.. So if you look at my routine it's like this (with reprovisioning the below decks!)
Clamping 6-8 mins
*Lube* Power Jelq 6-10 mins
Clamping 5-7 mins
*Lube* Power Jelq 6-10 mins (sometimes I reapply, I didn't last night and it was fine!)
Clamping 5-7 mins
Edging (mostly I will not need to use lube again at this point, sometimes I will use a drop!)

With manual jelqing in the past I've noticed that I've had to re-apply after about 6-7 minutes of jelqing because I like to do my jelqs like I like the high seas, WET!

Make sure you post the full routine that you'll be doing mate so we can all keep an eye on it and your progress.

I was scheduled to start Big Al's Jelq Free Routine yesterday but it didn't happen until this morning. As it turns out I woke up quite warm and with serious wood. So I went straight into my firms Male Enhancement Coach Work Out (once my erection had subsided a bit.)
Squeezes: 5 Each (These are different from the Squeezes described in Exercising the Penis. These are the ones described in Post 223 of this thread.)
Side to Sides (S2S): 100 Each
These are the recommended starting reps but I will ask Big Al about how quickly I should ramp up the reps. I haven't had a good chance to measure for a while but I hope to measure and photograph soon.

After consulting Big Al and jointly deciding that I could handle more Squeezes but not much more S2S's, today's workout was as follows:
10 Squeezes
102 S2S's
This is more intense PE than I have done in a while. My skin feels slightly chafed so I plan to massage in some Bio Oil.

On Big Al's advice, I will do my kegel workout immediately following my PE work out henceforth.
(I had been doing my kegels every other day regardless of my PE schedule.)

Edging: 10 minutes.
Tried to measure after the workout but my penis was just toooooo tuckered out.
