I'm 47, divorced 2 years ago and no sex for the last 2 years. I am keeping fit and eat healthy. The last year I lost interest in jacking as I could not get or keep an erection. Lately I've noticed that my size is getting smaller as well as my balls. I am still getting an occasional morning wood, so there is still life down there. I am getting worried now as I met a girl and she is keen to have sex> I need to get this thing up and working again.

Have you had yourself checked for low-T. This could possibly be the issue with the low sex drive and scrotum issue. I dont really have a low sex drive but my scrotum seems to be ascended a good portion of the time and seems to rarely hang like it used to.

Is that within normal range? I need to have it checked myself but im afraid of what the results may be. Do you suffer from depression. When I was 21 I had a serious life event and was so depressed I had no interest at all in sex or masturbation. I ended up having wet dreams. Probably only the second one ever.

Start jp's 90 day routine and see if that helps, its probably just from being unused in such a long time.

2 things..1)I think you either have a twin or a son on this site because your pic and the pic bobinrobin for look exactly the same.

2) I am aware that depression/life events will lower you test. for your age the median range should be right at 597. so its seems to be a little low (in my opinion) Get back active find some medicine that will help increase your test levels naturally and do JP 90 to start off and you'll get your size back and some. I've heard a lot of great things from people on this site...so I know it can work.

@willy07, i to recommend starting JP's 90 day beginner routine, it helps greatly with not only length and girth , but it also helps with EQ and general health. from your post, im with the understanding that your in need of length, girth, eq, and maintainence. so jp's 90 day is the best foot forward for you in my opinion.

I have been drinking grean tea and taking zinc, ginger root as well as other supplements because I suspect I might have low t as well. I even switched from jockey underwear to boxer briefs. I cant say it has improved though. It seems my scrotum is ok when in my underwear but as soon as there not they turn into walnuts most of the time regardless of temperature. Hot showers dont even do anything. Sound familiar?

lysine and argenine are great for increase in testosterone levels, take 1000mg of each per day up to 2000mg max. if you dont want to pay for expensive suppliments, you can eat large amounts of eggs, boiled, scrambled raw etc... but i would suggeest raw as you can get more down your gullet and not only do they increas testosterone levels, they also increase IGF-1 (insulin like growth factors) which are also really great to aid growth and eq.

Supplements:

For increased test I suggest the following: Viridex XT by Gaspari, D-Aspartic Acid (DAA) Caps, Animal Test from Universal (They also make a Animal Stak 2 which is good. Arimedex HD by BPI is good, more of a Anti-Aromitase though. Inhibit E is also pretty amazing, again more of an estrogen blocker. There is also a-50 by BPI and Prime by USP Labs. Both are on the fence for me.

I'm currently using DAA right now, the stuff is so sick. Super cheap too. I'm a bigger dude (217 lbs. 6') So I take alot of Protein and Amino Acids. One in the same, except I down the Amino's when I'm not eating, which is rare.

For Test, IGF-1 and GH increase I suggest full body workouts with emphasis on challenging compound movements. Strong stimuli in the form of Squats, DL's, PowerCleans amongst other exercises, produce noticeable gains in all hormone levels. Of course you're a bit older so some of these exercises have to be modified to accommodate individual body integrity. There is plenty of ways to stimulate the body when dealing with older clients.

Wait, you're not even that old, haha. Hopes all this helps. I'm sure you might have a few questions, so if you do I'll answer them.

l-arginine ! i live by the stuff =] only one tablet. 1000mgs a day. Maybe one in afternoon too. try to stay irregular. i can only recommend GNC brand. I tryed Walmarts cheapobrand once and i didn't get the same effect. GNCs will disintegrate in open air however. I figure it has something to do with the effectiveness?

15$ . this is good stuff i've had my dad on it and he really seems to like it.

Arginine and other amino acids mentioned in this thread are not going to have a significant impact on your test levels, if any at all. Just eat protein through diet and you'll get plenty of those.
Also don't feel like you HAVE to do deadliest and squats if you have back issues, you can get development just find with other movements. Personally i have back issues and i do 1-legged leg press, and i almost pass out from my sets just as when i used to do squats due to exertion.

@AlteredBeast86, thanks for the product info, I will look into it. I am 6'1" 192lbs and my bf is single digits. I run 10 miles 2x a week and gym 3x a week to maintain more than biulding muscle. Something I noticed in gym is that I don't have enough strength to lift heavy. I want to increase that as well so I can do more DL's and heavy squats as I don't have any back issues.

@blulite, I eat 3 boiled eggs for breakfast. I am worried about increased cholesterol if I eat more eggs. I can add raw eggs in my oats and protein shake?

@ColtAR-15, I never had low hangers, so I am "used" to my smaller balls. I was was thinking that maybe this is part of the fact that I did not "use" them the last 2 years.

I must say that I am drinking the tea and doing the PE and don't know if it is just the placebo effect, but I could feel more "life" down there and got a semi erection while doing the exercises. Felt good
