Yeah I hear you, I'm in the Marine Corps so we run constantly. I had the luxury of developing a solid base with core lifts before I joined so I don't DL anymore, but I do squat, constantly. Putting in that much mileage in a week is counterproductive to muscle gain (although you're just maintaining), but trying to do DL's after that kind of running schedule isn't going to happen. I would suggest altering your run schedule so that you cycle your short, medium and long distance running. On the short week do interval training, sprints, stairs, etc, which will use up those fast-twitch muscles. This is a good time to throw in the heavy compounds. On the medium week, do fast 3-4 mile runs and do less demanding lifts. Long distance week I'd just do a Crossfit routine. Actually CrossFit would be good on all running variants. I always suggest speed work even if you're a long distance runner. The body likes synergistic workouts like that. Also, ever notice the body type differences between sprinters and long distance runners? It's the fibers (Fast-twitch) that are responsible for that. If you hadn't considered varying the running yet, then now's a good time. If so, then nevermind all the stuff I just said.
Yeah, anyhoo, if you try any of those test-boosters out you'll feel the difference. I would strongly, strongly suggest you take Amino Acids (A TON LOAD) while you attempt to integrate lifting and running. It will lessen that catabolic state your body dips into after hard cardio. I'm telling you, amino acids will save your muscle and help you gain some. Just swallow em' in-between meals and you'll notice a HUGE difference. I was a personal trainer for 4 years and I have seen the effects.
