Parsley ,I recomend you do the newbie routine as it is difficult to tell where you are at re conditioning. If you are after girth in particular, I would pay attention to the V jelq mentioned there.
Not into lot theory so no comment.
For stamina I would do edging, if you use search function you will find lots on this.

This time last year i was a virgin always curious if my "average" penile size was enough. Shortly after i found out the truth..... The answer is, its not enough. The first few times were good but then she started to loosen up. We both could hardly feel it and it was very awkward. I'm still going out with the same girl but shes "never in the mood for vaginal sex". Or at least thats her way of being nice. I love her and want things to work out so Im here......I'm a sceptic but I'm trying to have faith. If I'm stuck with this size shaft for the rest of my life then I will never be trully confident in myself. Please if you can help, do so because Its haunting me and I'm losing sleep over it.

First off get rid of the "IF"................If you've done any reading or study here at the GYM you have seen success after success.
IT WORKS, there are no ifs ands or buts about it. Now "IF" you really want to grow it, I've pasted many of the best beginner's links to make it easy for you. Please read them and spend at least a half hour or more in the gym forum informing yourself.

While I encourage your pe efforts, it is far easier for a girl to tighten up a loose pussy, than a guy to grow a bigger penis.
Since you are going to train, I suggest she does kegals also.

I am a begginer to PE , I'm currently on the newbie routine, day 14. I'm about average NBPEL 5.9" EG 4.6 ". My conclusive goals are NBPEL 9.0 " EG 8.0 " , I'm serious about PE and I hope to see some gains soon , oh and I know it takes a long time. Peace.

Hello everyone!

I started PE about 2 months ago (with a great deal of mixed skepticism and intrigue) and have made modest but noticeable gains (a little less than 1/4" on girth and slight on length). Everything has been going well until the other day I noticed upon full erection (clamped at base) a great number of tiny colorless bumps all over the penis head and along corona. I haven't noticed them before. When flaccid, they are unnoticeable unless you shine a light from an angle, then they are barely visible. I"ve also noticed the skin on head is a bit more wrinkled than I remember it when flaccid.

I've investigated balanitis, Fordyce etc. but none of these seem to fit.

Is this normal? Head over-exercised? Anyone experience this? Keep going? Rest?

New here, not new to Jelq, Edging, or Kegel, the latter I've been doing since my teens (1980s) when I heard a sex therapist mention it on the radio, I can hold em for up to a minute: hard, soft, at work, watching tv, having sex. I've also been edging for an equal amount of time, since Kegel helps it and goes hand in hand in my mind. I can masturbate for a couple of hours resulting in cumshots flying over my head hitting the wall behind me. And finally, I've Jelqed and stretched and have made slight gains, but never followed a prescribed regimen, so I'm amazed at this site and what I've read and excited about having an enjoyable, inexpensive activity to get me through the winter. Hopefully by the next bathing suit season I will have a little more of a bulge to show off. Is anyone else tired of buying expensive "wonderwear"? My dream is to be a shower rather than a grower. And my current erection of 5.5 (5.25 prior to PE) increased to 7-7.5. The thought of anything more than that is like trying to play Mozart after one piano lesson.

Anyway, I'm going to get started tonight, I'm sure I will have a lot of questions til I get the hang of this.

Hey everyone,

I am relatively new here and to PE. I have only been following a routine for a little over a month. I just switched my routine to JP's 90 day beginner routine. I have to change around the stretches though due to my penis always pointing hard right when erect.

I discovered PE by accident. I was just looking up treatments for poor EQ, stamina and libido. Being only 24 and losing EQ can do a lot of damage to one's self esteem. I had already tried pills (herbal remedies and generic Cialis) and I didn't want to depend on a pill to perform sexually. After a couple minutes on Google, I read about jelqing. A couple threads later and the promise of increased EQ and size, I figured why not try it out.

In the past month I have improved my EQ and noticed small gains in size. I started out with EL=5.9" and EG=5". My immediate goal is to reach: EL=7" & EG=5.5"-6". I also need to improve my stamina as I have trouble maintaining a quality erection without constant, rapid stimulation. Which is why I am going to start ballooning. I should also mention that I gave up watching porn. I had a massive porn collection and could only really get a decent erection by watching porn. Don't get me wrong, I do not think porn is a bad thing. I just think that I was watching it way too much and I was conditioning myself to only get hard by watching porn.

I am going to try to become an active member here because it will most likely help keep me on track with my routine.
