Just want to say hello. I came across this sight in February just by random search. Spent over 20 years ashamed of how I look, but not anymore. I have made some amazing gains. I have been measuring from the side and from the top as well. Which way is more acceptable or realistic? Measuring from the side, I started at exactly 6" and 4 months later I am at 8 and a quarter inches. my girth has gone from 4 and one-half to 5 and one-quarter. I am 47 years old so you should know that age is not a barrier to gains. Once I get to know this site better, I will post more details later, including my particular routine, if anyone wants to know. Anyways, thanks PE GYM. I am slightly less intimidated when using the public urinals[know what I mean?]lol. Aloha from the Great White North.

Many will want to kow your routine. Be prepared to give the nitty gritty details. Welcome to Pegym! Ypour a fast grower!

Thankyou Kingpole for the warm welcome. I certainly will be glad to give a detailed account of my routine, and will do that soon. Should I post it in this welcome forum,or in the General PE forum,or somewhere else?

hi all

hi all

Ive bben on this site for about 3 months now and have found alot of helpful info, thanks. I been doing the standard exersises and have noticed some flaccid gains but no really noticable gains errect. Dumb question but I smoke and will this be a major reason for slow or no gains? any input would help.

I found PEGym googling the book after stumbling across it on amazon.
Part of me thinks it is b.s. but like I read somewhere else in the forum as someone said [and paraphrasing big time to the point it probably isnt exactly what was said] "no harm in trying."
So I'm going to give it a shot and see what happens. Funny about finding this site too in that I'm looking to improve myself in many other areas of my life. So why not my penis too?

Hi Guys

Just found this site a couple of days ago. It looks like most everyone here does PE only. I'm using a stretching device (X4 Labs) and had good success, and I am thinking a good exercise program might improve my results. I will be spending a lot of time reading up on the various routines. I started on December 1, 2007 and have gained 1.13 inches. Hope to do better with a good program.

Hey, I have been reading this site and doing the 90 routine. But it seems like my Penis is shrinking instead of growing. I do the warm up, stretching, and jelq. Has anyone else have this problem.

Hello skins, I'm a fellow new member. If your penis is shrinking, it's trying to tell you something-switch your routine! Maybe do a more thorough warmup. I think the more warmed up your unit is, the more compliant it will be to a stretching routine. Maybe add one more rest day to avoid overtraining. I also believe we are all physiologically the same, so if someone else is getting results, you should too. Good luck.

Welcome to Pegym! in the begening i was sceptical to. I was only doing PE to helpq reverse ED. The side effect was penis growth.

new need advice

Hello, I am 59 and have a pretty serious case of ED. This makes jelqing with a partial erection almost impossible. I am focusing on trying to get my erection back via L-arginine/pycnogenol and doing kegels. I currently use an Osbon medical pump for intercourse, but would really like to be free of it.

For PE I suppose it would be best to focus on stretching? My erect length without a pump is 4.75" and soft, 5.5" pumped and hard. From memory that 5.5" is what I used to be prior to ED as well. I would appreciate any advice. I am considering the all day stretchers from andromedical. Glad to be here hope someone can advise me. BTW, I purchased the books "The Hardness Factor" as well as "Exercising the Penis.

Hi, fellows. As you can see by my username, i have a very small penis. So here i am to embrace a very extensive and may be exaustive workout to GAIN both in lenght and girth. I start extremelly positive-minded and believe i will get there.....Some advices will be welcomen.
Women, wait for me....but wait till next 1 year or 2, when mini will turn to huge.
