I'm new. I found this site a couple weeks ago and have tried the free beginners guide on the main site. Worked out about 3x so far. I don't think there are any noticeable results yet, but I feel like my erections might be a little better. Of course, it could be placebo effect.
I joined this site mostly just to get it in shape. I'm 22, but most of the time when I'm having sex I'm only at about 60%-70% erection level. It's not just a matter of angle, the size difference between that and 100% is huge for me - something my girlfriend is only too aware of. It also doesn't stay erect easily, and needs constant attention. Changing positions in the middle of sex, I often have to stop the whole show and wack it for several seconds. It's weird because the rest of me is in very good physical shape - I lift weights 5x a week and do cardio about 3x.
Also, I've always felt that mine is somewhat skinny for my size. I am slightly above average height, and I believe my cock is slightly above average length but slightly below average girth. I imagine I will focus mostly on kegels/jelqs to work on erection quality and girth. Of course, I won't shy away from length exercises either
I just measured and came up with 6 5/8" BPEL and 4 3/4" EG. It's a little difficult to measure because it doesn't stay hard very easily, as soon as I let go and try to measure it starts going down. I am also not completely sure I was at 100% when I started either. Last, I was measuring with a professional metal measuring tape, which doesn't bend easily.
I'm not interested in any artificial supplements, but I would be interested to know what foods are beneficial to penis health, or
perhaps even 'natural' supplements.
