Welcolme rain, your just in time, it was getting a little dry around here! Check out Kingpoles new routine, it may be just what your looking for. However, he is very demanding and will require total commitment to the project. Are you up to it?
Be sure to start a log to keep up with your routine and GAINS and good luck!

Hey Hairtrigger,

I've been on vacation so my reply took some time. Thanks for the info, really needed it. I've read it and yes, I'm up to it!

This is Roc from Canada-I'm a new member. I indicated earlier I have been getting great results with PE Gym and that I would post my routine.I started Feb. 19/08 at 6"[side meas.] and now in early Aug. I am at almost 8 1/2". Girth was 4 1/2" and now at 5 1/4". I measure bone-pressed from the side because another pe site said it was the most common way of measuring-but it does show a greater number than measuring from the front. But all things being equal...here is my routine:
1. 10-12 minute warmup. I use a facecloth warmed up with hot water from the tap. Every 2 minutes I quickly warm it again. While I'm doing that, I insert my unit in a warm to hot glass of water on the bathroom counter. Sounds crazy, but I read about somebody else on this site doing it and it makes sense to keep it warm.
2. I do the basic stretch every session-down,right,left and out[I don't do up but now sometimes do them separately]-30 sec. holds. Each full rotation I call a cycle. I do 6 to 15 cycles per session[vary it each day] and every 3 cycles I rewarm the cloth and apply for 30-60 seconds.
3.Every session I add 1 or 2 alternate exercises-different each day and only for a few sets each to finish off[flaccid bend, kegels, internal stretch are a few examples. I also do what I call up and downs. Stretch unit straight out-slowly lift to top and give a short tug-lower to bottom position and give a short tug. Do this 5 times[1 cycle]:rest:repeat-3 cycles max.
Final notes: Session should take less than 1 hour. I started with 5 on/2 days off first 6 wks. Then switched to 4 on/3 days off-this seems to be working well. Remember: overtraining-bad. Recuperating-good. Pulling too hard-bad. Never skipping a proper warmup-good. During the last 24 wks. I had a 4 wk. layoff and later, a 3 wk. layoff[ did 1 session per week for maintenance. Note that I also do not jelk[tried it-didn't like it], so this opens the door to the possibility that good gains can be made for people who can't or won't jelk[dcell take note].If you haven't been getting good,or any gains, try this out,but do yourself a favour- take a break for 2-3 wks. before starting. I'm a bodybuilder[not a good one lol] and know the importance of intermittent recuperative breaks. I have a few more tricks up my sleeve[will post soon],but I better shut up for now. Good luck and any questions-let me know.

Hello

Hello

Thank you for all the information contained in this site and your willingness to share it with others. It is truly inspiring to see this type of dedication. I have searched around the internet for some time for a site as thorough and dedicated as this and, needless to say, have been disappointed until now!!
Let me introduce myself a little more and get right to the working part of my post. I am a married RN with two kids and a dog. My interest are physical fitness (B.S. - in exercise science), flying, and fishing. I am fairly healthy and enjoy physical challenges (hence part of my interest in PE).
I guess thats enough for now. Onward and Upward! I have done limited PE in the past (~2mth. total with 1 full month. in initially and ~4mth. off then another month). My very first rudimentary "length" = ~5.0" and I can say that was probably correct but not very precisely done. Recently I have taken new more accurate measurements and posted them in my profile along with my initial unrefined goals. Starting Aug. 2,2008 (in the pm) I completed one session of the "Beginner" Routine listed in the website. I have reviewed all the other information and read at least the top three "five star" posts out of every forum listed before joining the forum. I am ready and willing to work hard to attain my goals but want to do it effeciently and correctly. Upon that basis I have the following question (for now):

1. Having some minor experience with PE, should I follow the more "Advanced Begginer" routine with the LOT principle (mine's at 6 o'clock) or something else?

2. According to my BPEL and BPSL difference and the theory with it, should I consider hanging, and if so, what are the very basics of this method of PE (I've never tried it before)?

3. What question(s) do I need to be asking in this stage?

Thanks to all who reply for their time, commitment, and information.

Welcome to PeGym!
You should start slow and easy with the beginers program.
Don't get into advanced programs to quickly it may stunt your growth.
How to jelq and stretch properly is a good question to ask.

Beginning

Beginning

Thank Kingpole for the response and information. I did Jelqing in my previous exerience and still have trouble with EQ control and my hands just getting plain tired (I have wrist problems {carpal tunnel like symptoms} in my R wrist). Do you have any suggestions for persons with wrist or hand problems? The routine I followed was found @ Free Penis Enlargement Guide. I did not follow the stretches with Kegels, but just did plain stretches (don't know if that was a good or bad move). Also, I have a relatively easy ~25min. one-way commute to work 4days/week and would like to use this time for PE if possible. Any suggestions? Regarding Kegels, I think I ascribe to the theory that 300-500reps. is not necessarily needed or best for truly strengthening these muscles (probably great for endurance though), what are your thought's? BTW I can hold the contraction for a solid 10s. now. Again, any and all information/help is greatly appreciated.

P.S. - any other "theory" I should be reading? I like physiology and kinesiology studies.

Hey BigN-everyone is different.I have gained over 2" in just over 5 months. Is it genetics, or just a good routine? Maybe both. Anyways, you can check out my routine on the previous page and maybe it will help you. It did wonders for me. Good luck.

Hi folks, came to PE after reading Mantak Chia several years ago and did some of his exercises. Then last year read about jelquing then saw this site last week and its got me back into PEing. Not very happy with my flaccid length, plus my ego wants a bigger tool to please me and my girlfriend. Always felt inadequate at school in the showers and felt I'd been at the back of the line when God handed out penises. Doing beginners routine one day on one day off at the moment and have done five sessions. My flaccid length is looking better already. Also I'm healing naturally a inguinal hernia using Qigong, Reiki, herbs, stomach exercises and positve affirmation. Stretching my penis is already improving the weakened muscle that caused the hernia, I'm positvie that PEing will give me the gains I want and indirectly heal my hernia. Mantak Chia in one of his books talks about penis reflexology and I believe jelquing gives the whole body a workout through the energy system we all have. O yes I've promised my self that if I keep this going for a month I'll treat myself to the book advertised on this site.

Best Wishes

Hello, I am of course new to these forums in terms of posting but I've been coming here for a couple months now. I have finally been keeping to the newbie technique for a little over a week. Thought contributing would help me in sticking to the routine.

I'm new. I found this site a couple weeks ago and have tried the free beginners guide on the main site. Worked out about 3x so far. I don't think there are any noticeable results yet, but I feel like my erections might be a little better. Of course, it could be placebo effect.

I joined this site mostly just to get it in shape. I'm 22, but most of the time when I'm having sex I'm only at about 60%-70% erection level. It's not just a matter of angle, the size difference between that and 100% is huge for me - something my girlfriend is only too aware of. It also doesn't stay erect easily, and needs constant attention. Changing positions in the middle of sex, I often have to stop the whole show and wack it for several seconds. It's weird because the rest of me is in very good physical shape - I lift weights 5x a week and do cardio about 3x.

Also, I've always felt that mine is somewhat skinny for my size. I am slightly above average height, and I believe my cock is slightly above average length but slightly below average girth. I imagine I will focus mostly on kegels/jelqs to work on erection quality and girth. Of course, I won't shy away from length exercises either :)

I just measured and came up with 6 5/8" BPEL and 4 3/4" EG. It's a little difficult to measure because it doesn't stay hard very easily, as soon as I let go and try to measure it starts going down. I am also not completely sure I was at 100% when I started either. Last, I was measuring with a professional metal measuring tape, which doesn't bend easily.

I'm not interested in any artificial supplements, but I would be interested to know what foods are beneficial to penis health, or perhaps even 'natural' supplements.

Thanks for reading my story! Any experienced guys who know where I should start please tell me!

Hi all, i stumbled across this site while i looked up the book "Excercising the Penis: How to make your most prized organ bigger, harder & healthier" on google. I first found the book when my friend typed up "Penis" on Amazon.com out of boredom. i got interested because i thought that theres no such thing as enlargement for the penis. so i looked around the site and forum and wondered if this works, and I hope ill be one of those on the successful stories list soon.
