Welcome Mike. Age is NOT a factor in PE. Recovery time is the only limiting aspect. Start out slow. Learn the exercises, don't over do. Good Luck.

good evening people. been doing PE for a long time, but the forum i used to be on ended up pretty dead only a couple of moderaters coming in and saying hi and good job once in a while. and kind of wanting some other peoples suggestions aswell since that what a forum is about, i have had some few gains, and decided to go bonzai over that and workout untill i get some bigger and better gains. hope to hear form you all.

Hi everyone!

Im new to this forum but not in PE. Im doing PE for atleast 2 months now and sad to say nothing happens, no gains, just discoloration that my shaft is getting darker and darker. is there something wrong with my routine??

my routine consists of:

5 minutes warm up

stretching 30 seconds in five directions (SU,L,R,SO,SD plus 30 counts of rotating stretch CW-CCW after)

500 counts jelqs (single stroke count)
- I slap my penis between my legs before and after jelqing

- I used baby oil as lube.

frequency- 5-2 on/off days. Done this routine every night.

My question is..

1. Is there something wrong with my routine so that im not gaining??

2. Should I try advance routine? or change my routine frequency?

3. Or Im doing my routine totally wrong??

Comments and advise is much appreciated..

hi and welcome to this new board. im also new here, but not to PE. my advise: keep it up, how do you measure? and are you sure you are measuring right? and remember to keep a log. i had the same experience as you didn't think anything happened, every time i measured i wrote it on a piece of paper and threw it down in the buttom of my desk, then one day i was cleaning up and found the old notes i realised i actually had gains, but when you get. lets say 0.1 inch, you don't notice. when you get 5 times 0.1 you don't notice either. also the reason why bodybuilders always measures everything, else you can't really see whats happening with you body since you look at it every day.
stay focused, take a workout say. focused 1 month at the time and see how it goes from there. and mate 2 month? your still new to this. clear your mind and write down EVERYTHING. for your own good, if you don't have a problem with it. take a picture of your ding dong aswell. pictures says more than a thousand words. you must understand that even when it is going good, if you don't know how to keep a record you can't see that its going good, which in the end kills the moral. alot like being mad because you don't win the lottery, but you haven't checked if you had the right ticket :)
ohh and i saw under post of the month that there was this really nice post about archieving your goals, read it aswell.

Hi everybody, I've already made a few posts on the forums here but I have yet to introduce myself here..

I first started PE in March actually, but was a bit overeager in my training.. I neglected to follow a routine and pretty much had no changes to my flaccid or erect size. In an effort to rectify my mistake, I began following the 90 day newbie routine just less than two weeks ago and I've already seen gains in my flaccid length. Also, EQ has more or less remained the same so I guess I've been doing something right.

The biggest difference I found in sticking with a routine is that it really prevents me from overtraining and getting negative PI's. My stats and current routine are as follows (although I'm not too sure if I'm "bone-pressing" correctly):

FL = 3.0" (previously 2.5" before 90 day routine)
EL = 5.8"
EG = 4.8"

Oh I guess my routine would be the 90 day one lol, but after reading the TGC theory article I've considered making some changes to it; for example, throwing in an extra set of basic stretches and maybe reducing the jelqing (any advice on this?)

Goals are a good thing for PE, so here are mine -- I would've rounded up, but I think putting my gains in round numbers makes it a more reliable measurement.

EL = 6.8"
EG = 5.8"

Thank you for your advice. I will do a progress log here and make mine too and lets see what happens.

Hey all. I sighned up elier and found the site interesting and helpfull. I have to say I have always been curious about enlargment ideas. I always assumed that it always came in pill form. (Altho I have always had a suspition that it could be done without pills.) I'm at a length I am a comformtable with but wouldn't mind gaining a inch I'm really concerned about girth. I read a few guides on the site and found the "Beginners 90 Day Routine" and thought I'd start there. Any help would be welcomed and apreciated concernig Girth. Thanks all.

Welcome aboard! Good first post. Yea, at 22 you shouldn't be having erection problems. SRIs can cause some serious sexual side effects. You might want to talk with your doctor about other options.

Be careful of over-training, you will probably not gain and might end up injured. We are looking forward to your participation and involvement here so don't break anything!

Hi guys new to the boards. I found the book on Amazon.com and decided to order it, Im waiting on that to ship. Hoping that it helps me understand alot of the jargon that's difficult for me to understand on here. I found this site by googling "penis exersises", thought it was kool that there was a website that tied into the book. Anyways, Im currious to see how this goes and Im going to give it a try once I get the book.

Hello everybody.
I'm fairly new to PE. Started a month ago at Th***er's P**ce.
After seeing remek's TGC Theory at thunder's I figured I should also join his site (since the theory is good), and here I am. :)

Hi all

I arrived here when I was doing a google search on the static stretcher...I have the SizeGenetics extender and my dick is fed up with being strangled. No way is that thing safe to use (just my oppinion). While reading the forum and what not I came across the TGC theory. I thought wow that just makes so much sense,
you guys know whats up. I have been lurking around for about 2 weeks now reading complete threads on pretty much everything. I felt comfortable with everyones openness that I joined.

I have done some random PE in the past but with no structure. I want to commit my self to this for the long hall and do it right. So here is what I have to work with, at the moment. I have an SG extender, the Jelquing rollers gizmo and I'm seriously considering the static stretcher (Full package). I have 3 kids and my ex-wife in the house (very complicated) my erections are very low and difficult to sustain but morning wood is now maybe a 8 or 9. Oh almost forgot I have that cup looking pad thing that is sold for hot wraps. I'm about maybe 6inches with a girth roughly about 5 1/4 to 51/2 (I know I need to measure) I'll try to get my
stats up a little later if I have time. I look forward to growing and learning with you guys.

hello. i received the PE book last week and just read about looking up the website and this forum. started the basic exercises a couple of nights ago and have to say, getting the technique right takes time. still trying to get the right pressure with the ok grip and the erection level just right, so the strokes are maximized. lots of times, the skin gets in the way and is being stretched rather than my penis getting jelqed.

anyway, looking forward to visiting the site and checking out everyone's progress, tips, etc.

i am married and i have mentioned this activity to my wife of 21 years, although initially the goal was simply to have better ejaculation control. so, the length and girth increases i'm aiming for weren't part of the conversation.

by the way, the goal is to add two point five inches in length and two point oh in girth within 12 months.

Sorry to disappoint you but I don't think those gains are realistic. Unless you're lucky to be a big quick gainer gains like that will probably take more than a year. But that's ok PE is not a speed race it's a marathon ;)

Hey folks,

I stumbled across this site through google. I first googled penis enlargement and found a website talking about how pills alone don't work along with studies and then he said that he would only recommend one website for pills and exercising to protect him from getting sued. Anyway, I looked into PE some more and saw the testimonials and I couldn't wait to try it out. Then I thought like I always do (see my signature) and I used the search engine for free penis exercise and found a website that offered 8 exercisees, but they had grab the head of the penis and I immediately left that site in search of a better one. And then I found this site, read everything and got hooked. I'm 20 years young, 6'7" and looking to make myself Larger, since my last name gives me more pressure to be. Haha.

Anyways these were my specs:

Flaccid Length 4"
Flccid Girth 4"
Erect Length 6 2/8"
Erect Girth 4 1/2"

I'm now on the second day doing the JP program and these are my stats:

Flaccid Length 4"
Flccid Girth 4"
Erect Length 6 3/8"
Erect Girth 4 6/8"

I always measure with morning wood and press into the pelvic bone. I would have to say I have the positive PI. Oh yeah and Kegels work for those who think they don't. Ever want her to tell you to cum already, Kegel. It's wonderful.
