Hello, newbie here. Well, I'm actually not new to PE, as I have read a lot and tried at at the same time. But routines are definitely new to me, because I didn't quite create one for me before.

A year ago, I have been trying out PE exercises and doing basic jelqs and stretches every other day. I actually increased in girth (I know because I kept a measuring log), but what I wanted was length which wasn't as tame as my girth gains. When school was almost over, I didn't have the time to do them anymore, somewhat losing hope, but mostly, it's the loss of time for working out. And when I decided to just continue reading, I got more confused, because everything was all around messy.

Now that I have time again, I feel like starting over, and wondering if I can have a sort of 'personal trainer' here who I can bug with my questions.

To get things started, I am afraid to restart again because I'm afraid I might not make anymore gains because I stopped completely. I hope somebody here could kepe my hopes up. And I hope I would have a routine to which I will be very faithful.

So, where would I start? I would really appreciate any help. Thanks!

Welcome to the PE Gym. pndtloki. One of the hardest things to do, is starting back.
All the good habits that one has developed have fallen away. You don't need a personal trainer. You do need to post many questions and they will be answered by the membership. Go to the general PE forum and read all the good routines that are listed and get started. Make a commitment and you will see the gains. Stopping completly, sometimes makes it easier to gain when you re-start. Good luck. JP

i simply started looking for sites that might offer improvement. After not finding anything that seemed realistic, I finally got bold enough to do a pinus search and foung this site. Wish it had been earlier. Have just begun the rountine and am looking forward to some gains.

whats up everyone, im chris and im new here, ive been looking at the site and like the information on it. i wanna get started on a routine but not sure exactly where to start,can anyone shoot me some tips on getting the most out of PE

Hello all,Im not new at exercising been doing them about 1-2 yrs off and on.At one point was at the girth point where my gf wouldn't give me hea anymore cause it would hurt her.But had to stop cause I had a close *heart attack* and didn't exercise for about half a year so Im getting back into the groove of things. Would be good to ejaculate even if you dont have sex or just let it build up and up?

A good rule of thumb is to ejaculate at least every 3 days, either by masturbation, or sex, this keeps the prostate healthy.

Hello everyone,
I am obviously new to this forum and wanted to drop a quick line. My personal philosophy deals with self improvement and I'm constantly looking for ways to make myself better. On average I get about 2 hours in the gym 5 days a week and am a nutrition freak. I feel that personal health and conditioning are the most important things for someone to be truly healthy and the best they can be so finding this forum and the subject matter of this website has given me a new avenue of improvement to explore. I hope to learn a lot about PE from this forum and its members and to use that information to improve myself and become healthier. I'd also like to offer my services to anyone who has nutrition or exercise questions as I have studied and practiced everything from old school weight training, to muay thai conditioning, to tai chi and many others as well. Having a healthy body definately contributes to a healthy penis so I feel I can bring something to the table in that area. Thats about all, sorry for the long introduction but I'm hoping to make connections so I can help and be helped here.

well ive been looking at different sites for a while and i think this is the best one i have come across. Ive been doing my routines for about a month in which ive noticed a increase in erections and flacid length but not erect length yet. but i so have some questions so i thought it would be smart to join and get some answers

I posted my own thread before discovering this one. Sorry for that and I will just cut and paste my thread in case anyone is still awake back here on page 30 =).

Hello fellow PE junkies!!!

I have just recently started looking into making my meat a treat for the ladies and ran across this great board.

My journey began a couple of weeks ago when I felt I could use a little more girth and I bought some pills. That lead me to the exercise programs offered by the company I bought the pills from and I learned about Jelqing. I quickly realized that the secret was not in the pills but in the work done with the pills. That got me to look into PEing and ultimately lead me here.

I like most men was a little skeptical about the truth to PE. We have all seen the hype put out by people trying to sell their products. The testimonials that look great but who knows if it truly came from the product they are selling. All my doubt was laid to rest when I came here. I can see that there are true gains to be made with hard work, determination, and the right knowledge.

I applaud this site and I look forward to being an active member in the PE community.


I started the beginner program posted here a week ago and my current stats are 7 x 5 and my ultimate goal is to get to 8 x 6, so hopefully I can reach my desired size in a year.

Again many thanks and I look forward to posting again soon with my updates and any useful information I come across.

i found this site about 2 months ago and decided to give PE a try. I just decided to register here because i have just recently measured and have actually GAINED a lil over 1/2" in length and .2" in girth and now BELIEVE PEing actually works. Thanks for the help, i have been on this site almost everyday since i have started and am going crazy with questions...and a lot have been answered thanks to all the informative threads.

I'm excited about my progress and i hope there are more to come...Thank you ALL for the information

I started to PE because i had a girlfriend who was a "size queen" and apparently i didn't have the huge porno dick she "needed" and i'll just leave it at that. So what started out as me trying to show her up has now turned into me just wanting to increase my size so that being turned down because of my size will NEVER happen again.

Thanks again for all of you guys doing what you have to make what i have now possible. :)
