HI! guys.I am new of this forum.I hope that you will help me to have some gains.Heloo JP,Remek,Iguana...
I am PEing about 2 mounth.I have been overtrained and i am not PEing about a week and now my erection come back and I am ready to do some new routine.Give me some routine guys.
my BDFSL is 6.2 my BPEL is 6.9 my girth is 4.7 i think my EQ is 9(i am 19 years old)but i am not sure...
(before i have some gains.more strong erection flaccid gains and little girth...help me)

hello everyone! i am 23 years old and i've been lurking around this forum for about a month and a half getting information and have been PEing for about the same amount of time doing the beginners exercise. i decided to join because as much as i can learn from reading things on here i'd rather be able to ask for advice and to receive on specific thoughts of mine. i recently took about a week off because i felt i might be overtraining and from what i've read i definatly want to take it easy in the beginning. i have seen some gains but are very minimal, but since i have only been so a short amount of time i am not worried.

my routine consists of:
5 min warm up
6 min stretching
10 min jelging
3 min cool down
started 1 day on 2 days off and have moved to 2 days on 1 day off

well i look forward to talking with you guys and i am on my way to being bigger and more healthy.

Hi, thanks for the great site. I'm new just started last week on noob routine. allready got my nooby gains. good long lasting errections. i did a bit of PE when i was 17. Didnt work back then wasnt interested in dedicating. Hoping to put in a good bit of time. share my experiances and progress.

Thanks for the site and great info. I don't know about all the acronyms so I'll just spell it out. I'm only interested in hard measurements so I'll leave out the flaccid as I'm more interested in how I feel and look in an aroused state. Anyway, thanks to all for the great info so far.
Starting stats:
Hard: 5.8"
Girth: 5.5"

Wanna be:
Hard: 8"
Girth: 6.5"+

I've noticed from posts here and elsewhere that length seems to be taking a while (from 2-3 years for 1-2 inches?) for most doing PE; while girth gains seem to come quicker. If my girth overtakes my length; no big deal. I'll just keep up the PE until length overtakes girth. Interested in how totally manual PE compares to any devices used. I have a house full of people so just "exercising" somewhere or hanging is not too likely. Yet I've found time to jelq over the years which might account for my girth measurements to date. Thanks again everyone.

Hi Guys, Just bought myself a X4 Extender, and after browsing there forum, which doesn't seem to be supported, i read a few post mentioning PE. which I googled and from that I ended up here.

after reading a few posts here I dicided that this place could be very useful. and appears to be alot more supported. so i'm off to do some reading now. about basic PE and I hopefully I will be able
to learn from your experences and make less mistakes on my way to largeness ;)

Hi all, I'm new here to this site but not totally new to PE. I'm 26 and about five or six years ago I tried PE for six months or so. I was using a site I can't find now which was pretty good and supportive. I got some gains, I'm not sure exactly how much now, maybe half an inch or so but I lost motivation and stopped at 6.75". Since then I've been in a relationship and my bf is happy with it, but I'd like to be bigger and healthier.

One thing that they recommended was not masturbating or having sex for 7 hours before or after PE, but I found this pretty hard. Is this really necessary?

Hello, I just got in to PE-ing yesterday after my girlfriend told me her ex-BF looked bigger than I do and I want to be bigger than him now. She wasn't sure whether her ex was really bigger but she told me he looked bigger. It might be cause I'm almost 1 ft taller than he is and I'm not shaved down there while he was. I'm seeing her next sunday, by then I will have shaved myself and I'll be PE-ing as well (not expecting anything in such short notice ofc). I haven't had sex, as in fucking her pussy, yet so she might just be wrong and I might be bigger than he is except I look smaller in comparison to my bodysize; 6ft 5 @ 220-230lbs.

My current penis size:
Erect (measured at bone):
Length: 8"
Girth @ base: 7.3"
Girth @ head: 5.5"
Width @ base: 2.4"
Width @ head: 1.96"

Flaccid:
Length: 4.7" 0% erected but in warm atmosphere
Girth: haven't a clue

Which girth size should I say I have? The one at the base/midshaft/smallest girth/biggest girth?

Im going for:
Erect:
Length: 9-10"
Girth: 8.5-9"
Harder erection and more girth @ the head/just underneath the head.

Flaccid: Don't really care about. Bigger would be nice but I don't really care.

I have started PE exercises as of yesterday (the beginner's routine found on this site, but not JonPop's routine; I'll be starting that one next week).

I am creating a progress thread right after this post and keeping track of my workouts and gains.

If anyone who's knowledgeable would want to post on my progress thread every now and then to give me tips, that would be awesome.

I have high hopes for this and also an unshakable determination with anything I get interested in. So wish me luck! I do want length/girth gains but as long as I have better, stronger erections, then I will consider it a success! :p

brand new here but been followin the beginners guide for the most part for maybee 2 months now...really havent seen too much gains but in girth some. Just signed up to get some more help and possibly get some gains some time soon

Hello Everyone,
Well, where to start? I've been or should I say, "I've been trying to do PE" off and on for between 3 and 4 years. Although I've seen some gains, it's been slow coming. I know I've found a bunch of wasys that doesn't work and just my persistent that have given me what little gains I have gotten. Privacy has been a big issue with me. I don't have the privcacy that it takes to be on any kind of schedule. I do good to get in just few minutes every other day. I don't work, I've been disabled for the past five years and you'd think that I would have all kinds of time on my hands.

I've had one of Biggers hanger now for about two years and I've never really had the time to learn how to

I don't know what happened, I was typing out my entry and all at once it was gone. I doubt if I can remember what I had typed out but, I will try. I've been doing PE for off and on about three to four years. I've really never had the privicy that I need to get into any like of workable schedule. I'm disabled, so I don't work. You'd think that I'd have all kinds of time on my hands, well, it just doesn't work that way.

I've had one of Bib's hanger for about two years and I've never even learned how to wrap correctly, not well enough to where it doesn't cause me pain after hanging for a few minutes. I've been reading some of the post here on the forum and I can see that there are a lot of guys that have a lot of experience and I'm going to be reading a lot.


In the past three years, I have had some small gains, about 3/4" of an inch in length and about the same in girth. I'm hoping with the PE vets that here at the forum will be able to guild me in the venture. It's good to be here among the ones that have done what I'm hoping I can do as well. No problem with the double post. Sounds like you've got a good amount of experience under your belt. Those are some admirable gains. I'm sure you will be an asset to the new-comers here.
