Warm-up routine
Warm-up routine
I got to wondering, how many people warm-up? How many people have a routine of more than just heat when they warm-up?
Why you should add a warm-up:
I didn't used to warm-up, I still experience results, then I added a warm-up...... The results were amazing, positive PI's, lower flacid hang, higher EQ, and best of all length and girth gains. The reason for these gains were the added blood flow to the area during the workout,so, heat = more blood in your penis = larger workout expansion = greater longterm growth, so by the transitive property of PE (TPoPE) heat = greater longterm growth.
Thats great NE, but I have had a warm-up for quite some time and my gains have slowed, what say you now?
I ask you: Are you doing everything you can to increase bloodflow during your warmup? Chances are you aren't maxing out your warm-up potential. Heat is great for a beginner, but for more advanced individuals you need a warm-up routine. This is simple, simply find a kegal routine that works best for you and do this while warming up. The key is to have strong kegals but to relax and take your time between the sets so you don't fatigue yourself too much (this is why this is NOT for beginners) but still optimize blood flow. Here is a sample routine I use
quick kegal...rest..(1)1 sec hold kegal... (1) 1 sec reverse kegal.... rest
2 quick kegals...rest..(2) 2 sec hold kegal...(1) 2 sec reverse kegal... rest
3 quick kegals...rest..(3) 3 sec hold kegal.. (1) 3 sec reverse kegal... rest
repeat until you hit 5 then work your way back down to 1 then back up again always taking brief relaxing rests.
So when can I use a warm-up routine?
Simple: Anytime you warm-up, although the warm-up routine is mainly focused on blood flow to optimize your girth workout or jelqing session, the routine will benefit you even if you have a hanging or stretching only routine.
