Sweetie, are you much of a reader?
If so look for "Born to Run". It is the book that convinced me to try these funky foot glove type shoes. I believe that they really do work your legs and feet better than traditional shoes. Google Vibram Five Fingers to take a look.

sweetie if you have been with a trainer for two years and have 10 more to lose, you need to re-evaluate your diet more than your exercise.

Yep-I could eat anythingall my life-never gained past a healthy weight. As I am getting older keeping healthy weight harder. So yes, keeping an eye on diet and stepping up exercise. Besides training with weights I was walking at fast pace 2 miles. now i have stepped up my distance walking close to four miles perday and walking running for two of them. Scale is moving. I am working hard at it. Took my first kickboxing class also.

go hard when you run, since you only have a month for quickest results do interval running, its when you jog a bit and then sprint, jog, sprint, jog. and so on, try not to stop

Ahhhhh. I have great new sneakers, running shoes and yes interval training-getting used toit-hope I do not stroke out on the treadmill!!!!! It is in the back of my mind and at times holds me back, as I still have great responsiblities on this earth for a while!!! I am probably being irrational as I am extremely active.

An irrational woman? I didn't think they came like that from the factory. Were you a special order or something?

No not all; just 98.4%. That is of course a rough estimate.

Just got in from a 2 mile walk-fast pace. Cusp, so glad I am in the 98.4%- irrational and unpredictable. Pirate, I will check out the book you suggested- Born to Run. Love to hear the encouragement on this thread and all of the achievements. Marathons etc.-more and more power to you all.
