Hi, I am 35 and have been suffering from a waning sex life since my mid 20's, and have decided to work on improving it. I was having difficulty in both acheiving and maintaining an erection, and had a low libido. I have cut out porn, am doing Kegel's, weight lifting & cardio, and eating healthier. I have been doing this for the last two or three weeks, and my libido and my ability to acheive erections is improving. My erection reaches about a 7 on a scale of 1-10. I expect that will continue to improve. What is not improving yet is my ability to maintain an erection. I must have constant stimulation (physical or visual; but don't forget I cut out all porn) in order to maintain an erection. Either with my wife or by myself, if the stimulation stops for even 5-10 seconds, I start losing my erection.
So here are my questions:
1. Is this considered ED?
2. I am currently doing Kegel's, weight training, cardio, and eating healthy. Is there anything extra I should do now?
