Need constant stimulation to maintain erection

Hi, I am 35 and have been suffering from a waning sex life since my mid 20's, and have decided to work on improving it. I was having difficulty in both acheiving and maintaining an erection, and had a low libido. I have cut out porn, am doing Kegel's, weight lifting & cardio, and eating healthier. I have been doing this for the last two or three weeks, and my libido and my ability to acheive erections is improving. My erection reaches about a 7 on a scale of 1-10. I expect that will continue to improve. What is not improving yet is my ability to maintain an erection. I must have constant stimulation (physical or visual; but don't forget I cut out all porn) in order to maintain an erection. Either with my wife or by myself, if the stimulation stops for even 5-10 seconds, I start losing my erection.

So here are my questions:

1. Is this considered ED?
2. I am currently doing Kegel's, weight training, cardio, and eating healthy. Is there anything extra I should do now?

Start looking into supplementation and lots of edging.

Two recommended supplements that gave me insane erections were Tongkhat Ali and Ejaculoid by Goliath Labs.

And no, I wouldn't say ED, just not optimal EQ.

I would disagree. I would say that is definitely ED. Nice to meet you. I am 35 as well with the same problem. Not only that, but I don't even get an erection in a sexual situation. I would be interested to see how the Tonghkhat Ali and Ejaculoid works out for you. I tried the 5G diet which you can see documented in my ED Log on this forum, but it didn't help my situation. I have currently been trying something new which has been giving me some good results. It's something I just started so I want to wait for a while and make sure it's consistent before I tell everybody about it. I am going to give the brocolli stock a try right now for the first time and see if that helps.

I also recomend edging and kegals. I your casr your kegal routine doesn't need a great deal of reverse kegals.

Thanks guys. I will add edging to my routine. I tried this morning, and it didn't go all that well, but I'll keep on it and see if it improves. I might some supplementation, but I'm going to wait a bit longer before I do.

On a different note: I have tried both Gun Oil H20 and Fleshlube, and neither stay slick very long. Are there any lubes that will stay slick for at least 20 minutes without reapplication? I'm not really into making my own at this time, so I would prefer a product to purchase. It seems to me that this is pretty important for edging.

Yes, that can be considered ED. I could be a psychological factor, but still ED. PE and supplementation will help, however, in order to be sure and isolate the problem, I suggest you to have a blood test to measure your hormone levels. If your testosterone production is low, your libido and EQ will be low. Also medical tests on your penis are helpful, such as nerve response and ultrasound for blood flow.

Dude I have this problem and I'm only 23. My erection only last seconds if I don't touch it, than it will go down. I workout 2 times a week and I'm not out of shape so whats the deal? I will admit I do watch porn but don't we all this cant be the reason.. I really don't want to have to rely on a pill or that stuff^ above every time I want to maintain an erection.

In all my pornos the men always get weak erections in either the first take or second take/ And sometimes either she or him has to stimulate it half way in/ Plus in a lot of the oral scenes sometimes the part she has is only semi started. These men are bad at it and when they are hard they are already in/ These men are so bad at it they may be even worse than you!! and they use drugs!! So in this sense I'd feel better. But on the other hand I read on this one web page and it was a christian site and it was talking about the differences in men and younger men and how the part can stay longer without stimulation when you're younger in this sense I wouldn't feel so good. But at least it didn't happen to you in your twenties. I hope this was helpful to you. Oh hey I just went onto that site again and I was wrong!!! It didn't say that young men don't need stimulation
what it really said was
that young men don't
need stimulation
to "get" hard ons!!! So the problem you're talking about may not exsit.

i second this post. ed comes from something and in my case i wanted to rule out health problems before just saying its psychological. tell your doctor what the problem is and he should know what all to check. aside from testosterone levels he'll probably check thyroid levels and diabetes.
