Long time reader, first time poster. Love all the info here, great stuff, hats off to whomever started this! Having trouble with girth gains, I know that they take time, but come on already! I have added an inch and a quarter to my erect length in 10 months, in that same time I have only added a half inch to me erect girth. My current routine is a 5-10 minute warm up, 5 minutes of light stretching in every direction, 5 minutes of A stretches, 15 minutes of wet jelqs with erection level ranging from 0-90%, 3 sets of ulis, then edging, kegeels 3 days a week. I was doing 4-5 days on and 2-3 days off, I must admit that I overlooked the PI treads and as a result Im pretty sure Ive over trained myself. As a result Im one week into a one month lay off for recovery. Its killing me not to be working my tool after the gains Ive seen!
I imposed the break after noticing my EQ had taken a nose dive, to make it worse the girlfriend commented, OUCH. I went from a very solid 10( used to ache after sex) to a 8, maybe a 9 on a really good night. I have read many posts stating that PE actually builds EQ, I sure hope that I have simply overtrained. I was reading today that fully erect jelqs with a light grip really build EQ as well as girth, wondering what the GURUS think. While on the topic of girth, mine tapers quite a bit from the base(5 1/2) to glans(4 3/4), seems like alot of taper in 6 3/4 inches. Is this a common occurance in the average cock? I would really love to see my base girth held all the way to the glans, I would be right on target for my first goals.
Would love any and all advice as to improving my girth, and reducing the taper if possible. At this point Im not so concerned about my lenght gains as they have come steadily.
I was also reading about the bpfsl to bpel ratio, mine are both at 7 inches. Does that tell me that Im reaching my maximun growth, or just that I need to do more strethcing when I want to add more length?
