Long time reader, first time poster. Love all the info here, great stuff, hats off to whomever started this! Having trouble with girth gains, I know that they take time, but come on already! I have added an inch and a quarter to my erect length in 10 months, in that same time I have only added a half inch to me erect girth. My current routine is a 5-10 minute warm up, 5 minutes of light stretching in every direction, 5 minutes of A stretches, 15 minutes of wet jelqs with erection level ranging from 0-90%, 3 sets of ulis, then edging, kegeels 3 days a week. I was doing 4-5 days on and 2-3 days off, I must admit that I overlooked the PI treads and as a result Im pretty sure Ive over trained myself. As a result Im one week into a one month lay off for recovery. Its killing me not to be working my tool after the gains Ive seen!


I imposed the break after noticing my EQ had taken a nose dive, to make it worse the girlfriend commented, OUCH. I went from a very solid 10( used to ache after sex) to a 8, maybe a 9 on a really good night. I have read many posts stating that PE actually builds EQ, I sure hope that I have simply overtrained. I was reading today that fully erect jelqs with a light grip really build EQ as well as girth, wondering what the GURUS think. While on the topic of girth, mine tapers quite a bit from the base(5 1/2) to glans(4 3/4), seems like alot of taper in 6 3/4 inches. Is this a common occurance in the average cock? I would really love to see my base girth held all the way to the glans, I would be right on target for my first goals.

Would love any and all advice as to improving my girth, and reducing the taper if possible. At this point Im not so concerned about my lenght gains as they have come steadily.

I was also reading about the bpfsl to bpel ratio, mine are both at 7 inches. Does that tell me that Im reaching my maximun growth, or just that I need to do more strethcing when I want to add more length?

You've just maxed out whatever gains you've made stretching. That's all. I increased my flaccid stretch routine, hitting 10, 11, and 12 inches, and now my BPEL is catching up. (I just hit 10.5" BPEL). I thought I would sacrifice girth in the process, but my girth has increased to 6.5" at the base. I, too, am getting that x-mas tree effect, so no it is not surprising that your base girth is less than at mid-shaft and at the glans. I have about 3/4" to an inch difference myself.

I have always gained in girth with the stretches as well as with jelqing, but I think jelqing, edging, and clamping will work better to get your dick more symetrical in shape. I am working on that myself right now, so I'll let you know what I accomplish.

For girth, I've stayed consistent with the PJ and Uli squeezes. Occasionally I do erect bends but not too often. For me, I think the consitent effort with the PJ and my compression squeezes has given me the healthy, vascular look that my cock now takes on when I'm at full attention. Over training can be a serious issue too if you don't keep it in check. It's about listening to your body and knowing when to say "when".

My main advice for you would be to remain consistent with your routine and never give up. Those on this board who have been at this a while know if you remain consistent, the rewards are yours for the taking. I stand by the PJ and compression squeezes for girth.

Half and inch in errect girth in 10 months might not be a world reccord but it is pretty dang good! I'd be happy if I acheived that.

Keep girth work down to two days per week. And jelq fully erect with a light grip. Add in the uli's, squeezes and the 3 part jelq.

Mr. big, sorry but Im having trouble figurin out what the PJ is in your routine.

Nacho, not at all complaing! Just was stating it would be nice for the gains to be more in line with the length, Im very happy with what I have gained.

Kingpole, Can you direct me to where the 3 part jelq is on this sight, cant seem to find it on my own.

Am I doin the right thing with the break, was rereading the tcg theory post last night and saw that it didnt help Iguana when he tried, that he actually lost some of his gains and that his EQ did not improve. I most immidiate concern right now is getting those rock hard, hurt so good erections back.

Sorry, I guess I'm used to the initials "PJ". It's the power jelq. It's a jelqing device used as opposed to using your hands. It emits more pressure than your hand can and in my personal opinion, it's far more effective (for me it has been at any rate). I use it exclusively for my jelqing and I've gotten tremendous results from it.
