ok its been a while. Im back to bump this so some new comers can benefit.

My advice is 4x30 seconds long kegels,day in day out. Nothing else

I also advise practice the Yoga pose exercise Sat kriya(google and youtube will teach you its easy)

Cut masturbation to once a week or 2.I advise never masturbate withoout edging for a long 20min.how can you espect your penis to stay hard for 15min straight if you teach your penis to go hard and then soft every 2 minutes jumping from porn vid to another porn vid? So stop bulshitting. Grab a long 30minutes movie, and EDGE! dont let it go until the 4th or 5th time.

Diet:avoid alcohol and take gingseng tea o r a gingseng suplement,specially before dates.

I f you do this and your ED is PE or porn abuse induced(most of us thats the case) you will get improvement in less than a week. maybe in 1 day if you're lucky.

it should be done every week cause its not a hard volume of kegels,its only 4x30 seconds monday wed and friday BUT since people here ar enot able to cut on their PE routines it surely ends in overworking.
So people dont do any different thing than I adviced and then come complaining by private message.If you keep on going with your PE,do other kegels,short reversed or whatever then dont come sayin my routine didnt work.
Take the challenge,do it for a week or 2,without any more training and the n come and post your results

Welcome back carlos. You say only masturbate once a week, but what about sex? What are you actually doing to your pelvic region physically with this routine? I have tension in my pelvic region which causes me weaker erections and poor stamina. I'm giving up on PE now because I can't gain with this pelvic tension. I'm sure yoga can help me. Any other advice, please?

To be honest Im sure instead of tension you got weak muscles there.
Right now I have not cutted masturbation. Since nobody is doing the challenge and just asking question.I started the challenge on monday,And Ill be posting my results

What you've been doing is just burning your PC dont strenghening them. ASk yourself,who ahs stronger legs a 100m sprinter or a marathon runner. A weight lister or a cyclist taht run the Tour of France?
Dont fall for that more is better,dont fall for that doing kegels at work all day balbala.
Ive been in this PE thing since the very beginigns early 2000s. Ive tried,short kegels ,hundreds dozens,reversed. Nothing ever game this as fast and serius results as this routine.Because it is intense,works on strengh and doesnt overtrain. If you think about it,what is it that you want to do? HOld an erection long right? Then why do we all think that by sqweezing and releasing thousand times we are going to hold an erection long? doesn it make more sense to try to hold it for long? Well thats what this exercise does.4x30 holds is a serius work out. But do more thna that and again you will be overtraining.

Hi,I've had positive feedback from my routine through private messages. But you know how it is,people sometimes forgets about PEgym for months,even years, so I replied back to check how was it going and no replys came.
So last week when I bumped this I decided to do the challenge myself.You may wonder,if it works Carlos why do you have to do it all over gain?
So I'll explain my situation. I dont have girlfriend Im just not a relationship type.I went back to live with my mother,she is too oldschool so I ant bring girls ocassional hookups. And Im too broke lately to pay for a prostitute.
So the result is I've been relying on porn and masturbation and you know how that route is. So i went bsack to the no morning wood state,having to beat my dick hard to have an erection.That semi hard erection wasnt even paralel to the ground and vanished as soon as I stopped touching it.Coupled with premature eyaculation..c'mon you all know how it is..
So next weekend I'll be home alone.and I thought Carlos its time to do something about this.
So fast forward to

Monday DAY1. I did the 4x30sec. and I did the second exercise I gave of pushing the dick down with your hand while contracting the pc to fight the resistance. My erection was too soft that barelly could do it. My dick wasnt jumping up when releasing the hand.Thats how bad the case was.

DAY 2 Tuesday. This is the off day where I advice to do an edging session. I did,and I definately got positive changes. It got hard sooner.I didnt had to beat it as hard to keep the erection,and when I stopped at the point of no return my dick wasnt going down right after it took like 5 or 10 seconds.

DAY3 Wednesday.I did the solution again and the resistance exercise.this time I could pull my dick down and when I released my hand my dick was jumping up.and I could feel more blood there my glans started to look like many years ago fat and shiny

DAY4 Thursday. morning wood back!!!!! YEAAAAAAAAAAAAH.Man it felt so good.It wasntrock hard bt it was about 3/4 hard. It was my Off day so I did another edging session. This time my dick was too hard guys.I mean I was sliding my skin over the meat and it felt like wood under it.It had been long time I didnt had that feeling.
DAY 5 Friday. I woke up too horny and I thought,hey maybe I cando the routine at night and jerk my dick now. Its enough hours of recovery. So I went for another edging session. And man was it hard? It was really hard that I could go walking and keep the erectioin.When i stopped touching it it took about 30 seconds without stimulation to go down. And when hard its getting to be paralel to the ground.Again I had morning wood

DAY 6 Today Saturday. Its 10 in the morning. Ive had morning wood wich is great considering I drank yesterday at night,so I dont know how that will affect my erection. On friday I did only the 4x30 cause I was drank and tired. I did not do the resistance exercise.
As you can notice Im not doing the Sat kriya this time.
So this has been my first week.
My kegel solution coupled with edging is a wonderful combo. Join the challenge. I'll keep updating but its going so far so good. I think with another week I'll be ready fuck the brains out of any girl.

As for teh question about sex,try it to be in your off day.If it has to be your routine day try to have at least 8 hours in between.ideally this is done mornings. there can be an added benefit of doing the routine on a sex day like I said,this can be a last minute help even if you are not into this routine. By last minute I dont mean last minute literally,you would be too tired and the result would be worst. I mean that if you havea date in the evening its not a bad aidea to do this early morning

DAY 7 sunday. I masturbated and of course it was really hard.
sO NOW GUYS WE START SECOND WEEK OF MY REGIMEN

DAY 8 MONDAY. I did my 4x30 seconds solution nothing else.

DAY 9 TUEDAY. I masturbated again edging and it was really hard.

DAY 10 WEDNESDAY. I was suposed to do my solution 4x30 but fell asleep

DAY 11 THURSDAY. I was afraid that It wasnt gonna be ahrd caue I skipped wedneday workout,BUT it was hard.I masturbated 3 times on thursday,all of them with hard erections.

If you want to do somethng about it ,something more than write and write how porn detroid ur erection,and tea recipes....read this entire post. Start my solution and sat kriya TODAY on monday wednesday friday and sunday. Do edging on the off days,thats tueday thursday and forget about ED.

That's a good valid point, if you've personally seen the best results I am guna stick with this for a few weeks and see if I can get the same results as you :)

I have to say, I was doing tons of kegels right after joining this site not long ago. I discovered this method in my reading, and it makes the most sense to me, probably because I was really into weight lifting for a while. I tried this method, and got far better results out of it than by doing high-reps/short duration.

That said, it's noteworthy that I have been on a clean (i.e. additive free) diet for several years, quit smoking a decade ago, quit porn a year ago, etc. I'm healthy... which is probably why things like tea don't work for me. For most of the population, drinking soda and being overweight, they see benefits from the small stuff.

Does my penis behave like it did at 15? No. I'm 31. I've had enough sexual encounters that the sight of a naked woman is no longer a life-altering event. But my penis is more responsive, which is the direction in which I want things to go.

little confused here...so you're saying if i do this one time, for one week, i will be able to get an erection no problem while standing up, which i cant right now?

or do i have to do this like forever, every week...also i have a gf i have sex with a lot (missionary only unfortunately due to erection going soft otherwise, and even sometimes in missionary) so dunno how i could do that. anyone with success who can guide me a bit here?

You are welcome I just want to high light this. First because you are proof and testimonial taht as simple as it is yeah IT WORKS!! o all the other guys stop bulshiting an do it. Second caue you make some valid points. honestly I think I have explined long enough ,enough times an in detail what my routine is about so dont be lazy and read back form page 1. Ye after 1 week depending on ur starting point you will be able to stand and walk some steps with an erection on.I know sounds imposible but yeah it works.
o it 1 week see for urself. Results last but slowly disappear just liek if you go to the gym and stop going for 3 weeks. Difference i this si a 2 min workout and its only monday wed and friday,do u ahve much to loose? give it a try adn then come asking questions.Tired of people asking questions without even giving 2minutes of their time to the routine. I ve spent more time writing this than you will have to spend doing my routine

carlos i overmastubated the last year and i have now the know hard flaccid and soft glans.i want to start a jelqing routine ,i'm a newbie as you can see but first i want to cope with my problem.even with my penis exhausted i'm getting spontaneous erections all over the day but the glans is 60-70% inflated.also when i get an erection my pelvic floor muscles spam involuntarily.i'm in a quite average penis size level , 6,5 inches length and 6.25 inches girth(erected) and i want to start PE to reach 8.5 inches length and 7.5 inches girth,but fisrt i want my full glans back.so is my problem pelvic floor related?will your exercises be beneficial for me?never injured my penis in any way.i need some real help ,please.god damn i only 18.

I can advice but at the end its YOUR penis,each of us has his priorities and you will do whatever the case.BUT given the fact that you are still young and havent masturbated or do PE enough to loose sensitivity and espontaneus erections I urge you for Gods sake to not make the same mistake many of us in our early 30s now have done during the 2000s decade. Thats it overmasturbate to porn with the new internet era,and do jelking and any kind of routine without taking the side effects inot consideration.
So to make it simple,the sooner you can limit porn use the better.And if you use it make sure that its not short videos,and make sure that everytime you masturbate is a long edging session.That will fill ur penis with blood,expand your glans and train you to retain blood and stamina avoiding premature eyaculation.
Dont masturbate more than once a day,thats what we did for years and ended unsensitive.Once or twice a week is a ideal goal but not a realistic one,specially being 18.So masturbate day in day out,or only once a day and ALWAYS EDGING.If you dont know what it is search it.
As for my solution it will make you harder no matter what state you are at,and specially the second isometric exercise making resistance with your hand.Please read throughly the whole post,I cant repeat over and over the same thing,but IM sure I explained an advanced extra exercise for those that already recover their erections.And that one will make you rock hard,its the ice on the cake.As for jelking I aint going to lie,I did do it like virtually everibody And I got some marginal lengh and girht gains,I dont know how much cause I was never one of those"I grew 1/16"inches!!!" I forgot to tell you those involuntary kegels ar eprobably due to excesive kegels.You probably have your pelvic floor muscles tired and tight.You need to stop doing kegels as of now.Start my routine of long kegels resting on alternating days only masturbating in the off days of my routine.Give it a week or 2.With no PE or extra workout or masturbation.My solution monday wed friday,masturbate tuesday thursday sat and tell me how it goes.From what i see you are just tired,both ur pelvic floor and penis,nothing to worry about if you slow down now and train quality isntead of quantity.And also masturbate quality instead of quantity.You can turn ur masturbation into something actually beneficial to your erections if you do it the right way.Thats masturbating one long session instead of 2 or 3 times a day.Giving ur penis and hormones a rest,and training ur BC muscles in quality not quantity,with my 2min intense kegels and alowing 48 to recover and strenghen those muscles
