Hey gym! I've decided to finally keep a good log. I discovered PE 2-3 years ago and have done it on and off since then. I've never really stuck with it for more than a month or so at a time and was never real consistent though. I've decided to start again and track my progress with a log to keep myself motivated and also so that the experienced guys out there can help me along when I need help. My routine is going to be the JP's 90 day beginner, as it seems a good place to start. My short term goal is mostly length as I feel that my girth is pretty good. Obviously for the long term I'd like to increase both. I don't smoke, I drink 2-3 times a week but never really get hammered anymore and I eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Anyway, I have a smoking hot gf, and I just want to give her more of me! hehe. So here I am!

Oh and I'm going to try and do a 2 on 1 off schedule. I'm sure I won't always be able to nail that, but I'm gonna do my best and I'll be happy as long as I get 4 workouts in a week.

Just finished up my routine.. today is actually my 3rd workout, obviously 1st for the log but here goes..

First off, I always combine PE with a shower..

While I'm waiting for the shower to warm up I do 25-30 seconds of helicopter shakes
So I do my thing as far as washing myself, then more helicopter shakes

For my warmup I take a washcloth wrapped around my unit and balls and just let the hot water go right on it for 10 minutes.
(This eliminates having to reheat the cloth every 2 mins! wooo!)

Stretches:

(I like to keep the water going for the first few minutes of the stretching til I start to lose the hot water.)

Up, down, left, right, straight out. Hold each and kegel 30 times and then hold for another 30 seconds.
After each direction I do 10 circle stretches clockwise and 10 counter clockwise so a total of 50 for each direction.
After each circle stretch and before the next directional stretch I do 30 seconds of helicopter shakes and a couple slaps on the leg.

Next for jelqing I do the same as JP but I only do 2 sets of each. Also a stroke with each hand I count as 1 jelq as per JP.

I usually start out at about 20% EL and throughout my session it fluctuates from there to probably 80% at the most.
I try to aim for right around 60% but as long as my glans stays firm I know I'm pushing blood through and so I don't mind the randomness.
I'm sure I'll get better at maintaining as I continue.

To warm down I just do a little massaging, a little bit more helicopters and then I fowfer for 10-20 mins.

I plan to do JAI stretches throughout the days as well. Just whenever I take a leak I'll give him a few tugs.

Also shooting for 100 kegels and 100 reverse kegels a day.

Any comments, advice, encouragement would be great!! :cool:

Had some really good PI's last night. Nice plump flaccid all night. Fowfered when I went to sleep and had morning wood a couple times this morning. I went through my same routine today and felt really good. My jimmy was looking plump and full after I was finished. I rubbed down with a little Bio oil, and fowfered for 20 minutes post workout. Also did about 50 kegels and 25 RK. I was shootin for 100 each like I said but I also don't wanna overdo it so I'll add little by little each day. I've been hittin JAI's when I pee... just about 5-10 each time. And he's still feeling nice and loose and full.

Tomorrow is my day off and I'll be back at it Monday! Hope everyone is havin a good weekend!

Day off today...
Still doing JAI stretches when I pee. Full flaccid hang all day looks and feels great.

You are on the right track. Concerning kegels, do them every other day keeping well in mind that the PC muscles don't need that much attention being fairly minute in size else you risk spasms and would not be the first.

One you get the incline/reverse kegels down well having strengthened your PC muscles, think about incorporating some time edging.

Are incline kegels just your normal kegels?? Also I've just been pushing like i'm trying to fart for the RK. Those are bit tougher, not sure if I'm doing them exactly right but trying to figure it out. Thanks for your encouragement!

Just finished up my workout for the day. Still having trouble maintaining a solid erect level. I'm not having trouble getting it up, as I just think about something that turns me on but I have to do this about every 30 jelqs to keep it goin.. I never really drop down too far. I guess its normal, just keeping track of everything here. The routine is also from start to finish taking about an hour and 15 mins. Feels like awhile. Anyway... I warmed down here with some kegels and a fowfer as I'm typing this up. The pecker feels great!

One question and concern I have is what lube are you using for the shower? Do NOT use soap, you'll turn your unit to leather, and baby oil is notoriously bad when mixed with any water at all.

Today I was running short on time so I did all my stretches but only half of my jelqs. Still had a great hang all night since my workout. Not sure if I should cut back on the jelqs or not because of this.. Maybe every other workout I'll do less and concentrate on longer strokes?

I only stretch for a little bit with the running water after I warm up. When I jelq I am all dried off and I do use baby oil with aloe.

Day off today but thought I would share because with PE its an everyday thing right! Positive PI's all over.. mainly morning wood and also just a nice flaccid hang all day. I've been doing JAI stretches when I pee regularly. Thinking about possibly doing Tunica tugs when I pee here and there. If any veteran sees that what do you think of that idea?

Tomorrow I'll be getting my full workout in.. Kinda can't wait!!

Just finished up my routine today. Full JP's workout as usual. Erection level fluctuated from 20-60% throughout workout. Pecker was nice and full post workout. My flaccid hang has been great the past few days. Gonna keep at it here! I wanna measure soon!! I can already see the flaccid results are good..

Not sure if I should add tunica tugs because my bpsfl is lower than my bpel. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Finished my routine today and its been a couple hours and I'm a little discouraged because I seem to be turtling a little bit. Tomorrow is an off day anyway, but I think I might take the next two off. Also thinking about jelqing a little less...JPs takes me about 40 mins of jelqing anyway with the 150 wet and 90 V's. Just listening to what the little guy tells me! So I think I'm gonna cut the jelqing in half from now on and maybe add some tunica tugs to my stretching routine with length being my short term goal.

Busy busy weekend for me.. Went away for a wedding and so after 3 days off from my routine I got back at it tonight. It was tricky because my girlfriend was coming over so I had to sneak it in.. I was able to do about 10-15 mins of stretching in the shower, All 5 directions, 2x20 tunica tugs and about 30 circles in each direction. Then did 100 wet jelqs and came back to my room.. While the girlfriend showered for about 10 minutes I snuck in 80 V jelqs!! So now she's sitting across from me and thinks I'm on facebook or something haha!! Anyway.. I'm still doing the JAI's throughout the day when I pee. Flaccid hang still looks good. I added the Tunica Tugs and cut back the circle stretches after reading the TGC theory. I think my Tunica needs stretching and length is my short term goal anyway. Tomorrow I'll be able to do my routine in peace! I might do the full JP but not sure.. depends on my PI's tomorrow. I keep seeing less is more all over this board and the JP routine does seem like an awfully lot of jelqing. Any advice, tips would be greatly appreciated!

Been a few days since I last posted, but my routine has been the same. I've had positive PI's throughout the week. I think the lighter routine is better for me.. I'm still doing the same amount of stretches.. and added 2x30sec Tunica Tugs, but I've cut down the jelqing to 100 wet and 60 V. Just feel like its too much for the little guy with the full 150 and 90 and also takes almost an hour and 20 mins to do my whole workout so I wanted to cut down on that as well. I'm focusing on quality not quantity and we'll see how it goes. I made this change based on reading some other progress logs and a lot of guys don't jelq anywhere close to as long as the JP says to and make gains so I didn't think it would be a huge deal for me to cut down and LESS is MORE I see everywhere on this forum so here we goooooo!!!
