Hey gym! I've decided to finally keep a good log. I discovered PE 2-3 years ago and have done it on and off since then. I've never really stuck with it for more than a month or so at a time and was never real consistent though. I've decided to start again and track my progress with a log to keep myself motivated and also so that the experienced guys out there can help me along when I need help. My routine is going to be the JP's 90 day beginner, as it seems a good place to start. My short term goal is mostly length as I feel that my girth is pretty good. Obviously for the long term I'd like to increase both. I don't smoke, I drink 2-3 times a week but never really get hammered anymore and I eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly. Anyway, I have a smoking hot gf, and I just want to give her more of me! hehe. So here I am!
Oh and I'm going to try and do a 2 on 1 off schedule. I'm sure I won't always be able to nail that, but I'm gonna do my best and I'll be happy as long as I get 4 workouts in a week.
