also I just love pumping, it's semi pleasurable :)

So I took measurements yesterday. Approx 11 weeks into routine.

Fg 4". Bpfl 5.25". Bpfsl 8". Eg 5.5". Beg 6". Bpel 7.25"

so so far it would appear that the only gain is beg, but I think this is a difficult one to measure accurately anyway.

the key positive really wasn't a size increase but with the no porn I managed to think myself hard. That in itself is a massive plus!

dont get me wrong I don't have issues getting hard when it comes to sex generally but on my own I have pretty much always used porn to get me off :)

So, where do I go next to try and get more girth?

im still going to continue pulse pumping, I am also going to add in some ulis, maybe some erect bends. And see if that helps. Time to check out the girth exercises !!

Have you tried long edging sessions? You have to get as much blood

down there as you can for girth expansion. I also found that no matter

which approach i took, the long warm-ups before working out made

a huge difference. Tedious? Yes! But yea important!!

Tbh I have never done any warm ups, do you really think it can make that much difference?

finding the time for edging on top of the other stuff might be tricky purely from a time perspective. I might introduce some clamped edging for a more intense workout. Do you think edging is key?

hi, no increases as yet, I'm gonna try for a year and each 3 months if there's no increase I'm gonna add extra girth exercises :)

i find adding girth VERY difficullt! Thanks 4 the interest
