So I took measurements yesterday. Approx 11 weeks into routine.
Fg 4". Bpfl 5.25". Bpfsl 8". Eg 5.5". Beg 6". Bpel 7.25"
so so far it would appear that the only gain is beg, but I think this is a difficult one to measure accurately anyway.
the key positive really wasn't a size increase but with the no porn I managed to think myself hard. That in itself is a massive plus!
dont get me wrong I don't have issues getting hard when it comes to sex generally but on my own I have pretty much always used porn to get me off
So, where do I go next to try and get more girth?
im still going to continue pulse pumping, I am also going to add in some ulis, maybe some erect bends. And see if that helps. Time to check out the girth exercises !!
