As a starter. Im not from the U.S. i used chat gpt for a better english. I'm writing this because I feel like I owe myself an explanation for the last ten years I wasted. I'm also posting it for anyone who's just starting this journey.

I served three years in the military as a combat soldier. In the showers, I was always one of the smaller guys compared to the rest of my unit, and it bothered me a lot.

During my service, I started doing jelqing and other enlargement exercises. I started at 5.5 inch length bpel approx, 5 inch girth. After I was discharged in 2018, I got into hanging. I was extremely consistent, and I actually saw good results. It slowly became an obsession, i started dating women way above my league( I believe the gains gave me confidence)

I worked as a security guard, and every day after work I'd come home, lock myself in my room, and spend two hours or more doing hanging sessions.

While my friends were starting university and building careers, I was obsessed with penis enlargement and working dead-end jobs with no future.

As my penis got bigger, my confidence definitely improved. At my peak I reached 7.7" BPEL, and what was shocking to me is that i can’t remember a time when i made a girl reach orgasm. So i quit at 2021 from consistent hanging routine. I definitely lost gains. I studied a 2 year construction management diploma which is pathetic compared to civil engineering. and i came from a really good family. My dad is an engineer, my sister is a doctor, my brother is a CFO, married with kids etc. And me? Im a failure . Why? Because my crazy obsession to have a solid dick. The first time i was painful to a woman during sex was this year, after 1 month of clamping and 5 years without an actual hanging routine. Which made me realise that girth is everything(im thin, 5 inch girth). So here i am, at 29 years old. Lost most of my gains. With literally no achievement in life. depressed about the situation but hoping for a better future.. Thinking about doing penuma or some other surgery for girth. Also because in construction management you work mad hours, and i definitely wont find time for PE. To sum up. You guys can see this as a warning sign about PE in general. Its cool, but dont let it be a priority instead of much more important things. I will add my before and after. The pics are in semi erection state. I dont have pics of my peak. And now i will try to be optimistic.. does anybody here did girth surgery and can recommend?

Anytime anyone mentions Penuma, I feel obligated to post the link to this article again. If you don't speak English and use AI, just copy and paste the whole article into an AI chat and have it translate it:

Thanks for posting about your experience. First of all, you are not a failure. At 29 there's still decades of living ahead of you. There will be successes and disappointments and you always move on from both and onto the next thing.

You're absolutely right that PE can be an unhealthy habit. I think the healthiest attitude anyone can have is to treat it like entertainment, an experiment, and to be perfectly okay if it doesn't work and to not build a lifestyle around it. Unfortunately most guys who are attracted to it might be coming at it from the point of view of an unhealthy self-image, and distorted understandings of what sex should be like for a woman.

The first time i was painful to a woman during sex was this year, after 1 month of clamping and 5 years without an actual hanging routine. Which made me realise that girth is everything(im thin, 5 inch girth).

What? You think because you caused a woman to feel pain that you're now onto something? Before you allow Dr. Elist to butcher your one and only penis, read that article I posted. And chill out. You posted pics of your penis which show what I would call a large size penis in both length and girth. If you do anything more about your penis, it should be your inner game. Go to work on feeling better about yourself and focusing on healthy relationships and forget about the dick thing. If you can't do that on your own, then try to get some sort of counselling or therapy for your body dysmorphia. Use AI chats to start challenging yourself. Do anything other than what you have been doing.

So here i am, at 29 years old. Lost most of my gains.

So what? That's part of the game of PE for many men. Not all gains are permanent. Some guys never gain anything at all. You actually retained some gains. The fact is that you never needed them anyway. You fell into a trap of comparing yourself to other men on the basis of penis size.

With literally no achievement in life.

Join the club. Again, so what? Let other people bear the burden of being super achievers. Why not just be you and find your own happy way of living that doesn't involve kicking yourself down and using your penis as your personal scapegoat?

You have an important career. Construction can't happen without managers. That's an achievement. And you are awakening to the pitfalls of PE and how your obsession has been a distraction. You're coming online. That's the real you waking up from a bad dream. That's a huge personal achievement.

depressed about the situation but hoping for a better future..

Hope is always a good thing. And try to focus on what you do have which is a lot more than some other poor guy has. Look around. There are people far worse off with little hope of a better economic situation, success, etc. I don't know if any of my lecturing is helpful, but somebody needs to challenge these kinds of insecurities when they show up here. Rise above this and forget about the dick thing. It's 100% neurotic delusion at this point.

Thinking about doing penuma or some other surgery for girth.

Don't do it. Remember that you heard it here on TheBiohacker Forums. Don't do it. Forget about girth. Forget about girth surgery. You don't want internal scarring and all the other things that can go wrong with injections and implants. Keep your penis natural and normal feeling to you and the woman in your life. Forget about PE. Retire from this whole PE thing. You tried it. You saw where it leads for you. Take your gains and the lost time and move on.

Also because in construction management you work mad hours, and i definitely wont find time for PE.

You need to stop obsessing. Find a new obsession. Something positive. Obsess about the positive.

To sum up. You guys can see this as a warning sign about PE in general. Its cool, but dont let it be a priority instead of much more important things.

Good summary. I do believe guys reading this will get it.

I will add my before and after. The pics are in semi erection state. I dont have pics of my peak. And now i will try to be optimistic.. does anybody here did girth surgery and can recommend?

The culture of these forums has traditionally recommended that surgeries and injections be avoided and ruled out completely. Usually guys going that route are in desperation mode and not thinking it through. When I read testimonials from guys who have had these procedures, I don't get the impression that they are sincerely thrilled or that it improved their lives. What comes across is that the decision to have those surgeries are something they find a way to live with. You don't need to add that complex layer of psychology to your existing situation.

Take good care of yourself.

Alternate POV here. I had that my dick is smaller than the other guys in the showers moment since i was little. I got exposed to porn against my will at a very young age, which, when coupled with having a below average penis size and a weight problem, created ridiculous self esteem issues. I tried topical dht androgen (wouldn't recommend), manual stretching and pumping in college. i spent ridiculous amounts of time doing these things and didn't have many if any gains to show in college outside of losing 80 lbs and the fat pad around my dick. my obsession with pe cost me many things including time and opportunities for sure. it made me more hesitant to approach women because of my dick size, too. but it never once got in the way of the mission which was leaving college with a plan to create a career and a life for myself i could be proud of. i'm 33 today. my college work has paid off in the form of a successful career. and i've recently picked PE back up -- exclusively using the quick extender pro -- and have tangible gains in length for the first time ever. a couple things: a positive outlook goes a hell of a long way, most things are never as bad as our minds make them out to be, and consistency tends to win in the end across every single walk of life. wishing you the best. you're 29. you've got loads of time.
