As a starter. Im not from the U.S. i used chat gpt for a better english. I'm writing this because I feel like I owe myself an explanation for the last ten years I wasted. I'm also posting it for anyone who's just starting this journey.
I served three years in the military as a combat soldier. In the showers, I was always one of the smaller guys compared to the rest of my unit, and it bothered me a lot.
During my service, I started doing jelqing and other enlargement exercises. I started at 5.5 inch length bpel approx, 5 inch girth. After I was discharged in 2018, I got into hanging. I was extremely consistent, and I actually saw good results. It slowly became an obsession, i started dating women way above my league( I believe the gains gave me confidence)
I worked as a security guard, and every day after work I'd come home, lock myself in my room, and spend two hours or more doing hanging sessions.
While my friends were starting university and building careers, I was obsessed with penis enlargement and working dead-end jobs with no future.
As my penis got bigger, my confidence definitely improved. At my peak I reached 7.7" BPEL, and what was shocking to me is that i can’t remember a time when i made a girl reach orgasm. So i quit at 2021 from consistent hanging routine. I definitely lost gains. I studied a 2 year construction management diploma which is pathetic compared to civil engineering. and i came from a really good family. My dad is an engineer, my sister is a doctor, my brother is a CFO, married with kids etc. And me? Im a failure . Why? Because my crazy obsession to have a solid dick. The first time i was painful to a woman during sex was this year, after 1 month of clamping and 5 years without an actual hanging routine. Which made me realise that girth is everything(im thin, 5 inch girth). So here i am, at 29 years old. Lost most of my gains. With literally no achievement in life. depressed about the situation but hoping for a better future.. Thinking about doing penuma or some other surgery for girth. Also because in construction management you work mad hours, and i definitely wont find time for PE. To sum up. You guys can see this as a warning sign about PE in general. Its cool, but dont let it be a priority instead of much more important things. I will add my before and after. The pics are in semi erection state. I dont have pics of my peak. And now i will try to be optimistic.. does anybody here did girth surgery and can recommend?
