My family situation is back to where it was when I started p.e.--I'm home alone,
with lots of time, space, and privacy. I have already benefited from this situation.
I finished an intensive blaster routine tonight--measured several hours later, and
hit a solid two inch temporary bone pressed flaccid stretch of 12"--two inches
above the belly button. That is 11" non bone pressed--I have an inch deep
fat pad.

My goal is my signature--which I honestly never took seriously when I created it.

With this increase in my daily p.e. exercises, my flaccid hang is "insane," as
DLD from MOS would say.

He, he, he. I do my best not to cheat--straighten out my "high rise," and
suck up my shrinking gut. Maybe some of this temporary gain in BPFLS is
due to weight loss--my stomach is much smaller--lost 20 pounds--still losing.

I've been focused on rotors and blasters--they keep my BPFLS afterwards well
above my navel--also keeps my flaccid hang nice and chubbed.

I've picked up my VacuTech pump again and have used it for two hours this week. I have never
seen an increase in length with this device, but it does seem to even out my girth--after my last
session my flaccid was 6.5" at the glans, mid-shaft, and at the base.

The penis pump may be the answer for those who want to give their cocks more symmetry.

Well done on your great results mate. Just one question that i can't remember if you answered earlier (its a long thread), did you feel it was the stretches or the edging that cause your sudden 'quick gains'. Continue the inspiration :)

A couple of questions, what do you mean when you say your dick is turtling?
And what kind of stretches do you do and for how long?
And what does BPEL stand for?
And how do you do a kegel?

Sorry for the delay.

1. Turtling = shriveling up

2. Mainly straight out and then down, combined with the jelq. I call it the jelq/stretch combo
I also do blasters, but they are a very advanced stretch.


3. BPEL=Bone Pressed Erect Length


4. A kegel is a contraction of the muscle that stops you from peeing. When you are peeing
and you want to stop the stream, you squeeze that muscle. It takes some work to
locate it, but it is well worth it. Many women practice strengthening that muscle after
childbirth.

I have been doing the bundled stretches for maintenance. I am going to try to do them nightly to see
if I can turn Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch into real BPEL gains. My Bone Pressed Flaccid Stretch straight
up above the belly button kicks in at 10.75". This is 1.25" above my BPEL.

Hey Going, ive noticed that you said you edge quite frequently, do you ever find it hard to do it so frequently and with good quality? I know myself that doing it too often makes me lose interest and getting the little guy up alot harder :p

That's why I reserve the edging for either late at night or first thing in the morning--one or two sessions a week
at the most. If I'm not horned up, then I don't bother.

hi going 4 11 x 7 u seem to be making some sence my friend, im a guy who finds it difficult to gain length but girth . i was using an extender for two months n didn't really do much so i stopped using it. im now warming up for 10min stretching for 10min, jelqing 10min and*Bathmate10min. i have a problem with stretching maybe u can help. when i stretch i usually grab an inch before head n feel a penis stretch more than a lig stretch. if i grab lower down the shaft i feel more of the ligs being stretched. what am i better off stretching? ligs or dick?*also what would u adjust on my routine? i pe 5on 2off for 5 months now but have a problem cos i gain size the loose size n experiencing alot of turtling afterwards n its really annoying n i feel like im back to the start again. thanks bud

You want to hit both your ligs and your dick.

Grab your dick at both ends, near the glans, and also at the base--pulling in opposite directions. This
will hit the shaft.

You can also alternate between the two stretches, hitting the shaft with one stretch, followed by the lig. stretch at the
base with the second.

I would try to p.e. every day unless you find you are turtling a lot.

If you find you are turtling a lot, then reserve your p.e. sessions for when your dick is nice and chubbed, "flushed flaccid." The lazy ass stretches and night time fowfers should reduce the turtling.

Down the road, you might purchase a good air pump as well. Pumping sessions help reduce turtling
and increase flaccid girth.

I've been experimenting with several A.D.S's. The silicone tubing and the
"what-a-grip" tennis racket tube just slip off, once my cock softens to a
flaccid state. My base girth is too thick--so I have adopted the self-grip
self-adhering athletic tape/bandage. The 2" and the 4" ones work equally
well. They keep my cock in a 6.5" x 6" flaccid state--larger after stretching,
jelqing, edging or pumping.
