I've decided to go back to the basic jelq and practice it for a few months--I lost an inch since
2004--not bad, really. Lying down, I can edge my elongated cock to 9.5". I want to hit 10.5"
again. I will keep you all informed of my progress.

I have a gut feeling, I'll get my girth back to 7" at the base. But that's o.k.

I'm starting today with a half hour jelqing. I'll take it from there. I'll probably do some long edging sessions as well--

and some serious clamping. I am also updating my signature--getting rid of the stretched flaccid stats. Who cares?

Life is good.

This thread has been immensely informative for me-- not only for going411by7's responses, but for other poster's input and routines. Thanks going411by7 for taking the time out to answer everyone's questions and share your experiences and routines with us. It's really helped me to have a more clearer mindset and approach toward PE, and it also gave me some ideas.

In the future, when I'm able to resume PE, I wanna try a similar low-intensity version of your routine during months four and five and see how it works for me (albeit more curtailed to how I like to do my exercises). Thanks again.

You are truly inspiring to me. Im glad for your gains and success, maybe i will gain someday. Im curious about your diet, do you do something special with the diet?

For me, i think im more of a "less is more" guy. I will try about 50 jelqs on a 2 day on 1 day off routine, what do you think about that? (Need advice from a big-gainer;)

I follow a GOMB regimen, pretty much, that is, greens, onions, mushrooms and berries, along with a lot of green tea. I also enjoy sea food--rarely eat red meat. Since I am diabetic, I keep my carbs in check.

I think your routine is reasonable. You might also consider the progressive approach to jelqing, adding a few extra strokes each week. Be sure to practice a 15 minute warm-up. It's worth the extra time.

Posts like yours inspire me as well. Good luck with your "less is more" routine.

I've been laid up and laying off any serious p.e. since mid-December, after which I've undergone a series of surgeries. I just measured my erect penis and I have lost a good inch in length, and a little girth as well. I'm sure this is only temporary and hope to regain that loss real fast.

I'm feeling much better, the surgeries are behind me for the most part, and I am ready to
get back into some serious jelqing,edging, and stretching. With the warmer weather,
my flaccids are nice and chubby, and my bpfl stretches are awesome. I found a couple
three old pics of mine from Thunder's, which inspire me to no end--no reason I can't reach
those lengths and girths again.

I have been doing the bundled blaster and then stretching my totally
flaccid penis an inch above my belly button. I want to knock off the
remaining 20 pounds to get down to 180. At that point, there should
be no layers of fat between my pubic bone and my belly button to
eschew the results.

I should then be able to get a true reading with my handy dandy
tape measure. I do suck it up to try to level it out the best I can,
but even then, the measurements are always fluctuating between
8.75" and 10.75."

I love your simple approach to PE. I read that jelqing gave you crazy morning wood and I'm just not getting any. Although I do wake up with a 60% and get night wood but goes away after I pee in the night. I think I might be overtrained although I can still get rock hard after my workouts which is just 10 mins jelqing 5 days/week. I read how you got up to like 30 min a day. Do you think I should take a 1-2 week break and see what happens? I haven't gained in a while.

Thanks much, pal. I think the difference might be the kegeling. Be sure
to include a hard kegel or two with each jelq stroke. You might want to
try the progressive approach of adding five minutes of jelqing to your
routine at the end of each week, and see if any gains kick in.

I doubt that you are over training at this point. Is that you with the six pack? If so, you are ripped for sure.

G4, first of all congratulations on your hard earned inches! (Pun intended :) ). Like many have said, you're an inspiration to all of us here. Naturally, I have some questions for someone with great success like you. First of all, something that's caught my interest reading this thread is your plump theory. You mention that one should try to exercise when the penis is in this state. Is this something that you can manipulate? Like for example, I just got back from jogging and my dick is anything but plump right now, I think it has to do with blood circulation going to other parts of your body while you jog such as your legs for example. Let's say I do pe after jogging. Will it make a difference if I edged or made some pulls on my dick to make it plump rather than waiting for the right moment when it's in this state? My second question is, you said that you gradually added time to your jelqing by 5 minutes every week. Do you think I would benefit if I were to add less than that, say 2 minutes every week? Right now I do 15 minutes jelqing and I was thinking of only adding 2 minutes each week due to the fact that I might not be able to do workouts of more than an hour because of time constraints. Finally, when you had your long jelqing sessions, did you reapply heat or stopped at any point? Thanks in advance for the responses!

Thanks, man--greatly appreciated. The plump state comes on its own-for me, usually around 9:00 a.m. when my t. levels are at their highest. It's not something I normally manipulate. I just listen to my body's--i.e. cock's rhythms.

I think it's much more productive if you wait for the right moment.

Of course, you can add less than five minutes at the end of each week--whatever works best within your time frame. I had unlimited time (and privacy) the fall and winter I made my big gains.

Yes, during my long jelqing sessions, if I started to lose my semi-erection, I reapplied heat. I have to tell you, though, that after a few weeks, I had my cock so well trained and the rhythm of my routine so well established, that I rarely had to reapply heat once I got started.

hello sir going411by7 ... read almost all your blogs and really really inspired from you .....you are real motivational man......i would be honest to you that earlier i wasnt convinced about PE ...thought it was fake .....but i now realised that PE is indeed for real and it definitely requires patience and of course dedication....so i have doing PE for approx 1 month ...i would like to ask you is i try to hold my ejaculations for many days.....its extremely difficulty since i am 22 and real horny for my age .... so i wana ask u things whether i should: -

1) ejaculate when i want (normally once in 2 days)
2) try holding ejaculation for at least 2 weeks
3) stop ejaculation completely and let it happen naturally ....

for better gains?

Thanks, man. That's why I am still here--to inspire others and to get
inspired by them. It works both ways.

You need to ejaculate regularly. It's very important for your urinary tract
and for prostate health. Try to cut back to once a week. That should
work. Something else you might try is this: When you have an especially
solid work-out and you know you made progress, reward yourself by
ejaculating.

I think that you will find, however, that ejaculating too frequently
may reduce the number of what I call "plump" flaccids. They occur
when your t. levels are higher, and too frequent ejaculations
reduce them--at least in my opinion.

Plump flaccids have always resulted in more productive p.e.
sessions for me.

Sooooo--try to make your ejaculations into positive reward
type ones.

ok ..man ... i bet you have a rocking sex life......and to be honest i would be really really glad if i were to have the same amount of sex that you are having right now when i reaches your age.....i totally agree with your slogan....."Can't stop! I must give props for your dedication and gains from it. So props. I desire to one day get my penis even symmetrical as my base is which is pretty thick right now as was I guess before. It will take time but I will get there.

hi i have read al ot of your posts and i wonder if there is picutre on before and after? when you started jelq and now, flaccid and erect i just need some proof to motivate me, thank you
