Hi!
I'm new here and I've got a couple of questions about JP90 routine:
1. In the stretching part, it says "stretch to the left", then "stretch to the right", then out and then up. It doesn't mention stretching DOWN. So, should I stretch down or not?
2. It is recomended to do these exercises for 5 days and then take 2 days off. Is it really important to take 2 CONSECUTIVE rest days a week, or it's still ok to rest on, say, Fridays and Sundays?

1. Yes, add downwards stretching too.
2. Whichever gives you better PIs and fits in your daily routine.
Most beginners start with a 2 days ON 1 day OFF, go with what yo are more comfortable with.
