Been PE'ing for 4 months now. i was really dedicated for the first 2 months then got lazy and was just on and off.
im gettting serious again about. focusing more on girth this time.
today was the best workout ive ever had during PE'ing
also taking 1000mg of l-argnine, 500mg l-lysine, and 50mg zinc. going to start taking Ginkgo Biloba (Mon - Fri.)

-Manual stretching 2x30sec (up,left,right, straight out)
-200 wet jelqs
-Edged for 20 min with a uli(30 seconds) in between each PONR.
