-Did JAI stretches through out the day at work today

-12min warm up
-10min stretching
-300 wet jelqs
- 3 ULI holds 30 secs each
-5min warm down


Hang has been great today. nice and plump. hasn't turtled!




Late night Edit: 30min bed fowers then edged for 35 minutes! didnt cum!! :)

going to clamp and edge later on today after i go to the gym!


LATE NIGHT EDIT: did my clamping session 3 reps at 5 minutes each then edged for about 10 min and came! was way to horny today

cant wait for tomorrow's workout! im addicted.

LATE NIGHT EDIT: clamped for 15 minutes. 3 reps at 5 minutes each. then edged for 20 minutes and blew my load. felt good :)


also noticed it looks a bit longer and thicker. ill take measurements at the end of the month!! :)

Thats amazing progress for 4-5 months of PE. Especially the girth. Holy sh*t thats alot. You sure those measurements were correct? :D

im 19 yrs old...

my starting girth my have been just a bit more since i was newbie when i measured..but not much more

I think these gains you're seeing may also come from natural growth aswell.

I grew until I was 20 years old. Not to spoil you fun. But these gains you have.. are pretty extreme tbh. Maybe theres extra to gain while growing naturally. Dang. Anyways. Keep it up.

Been PE'ing for 4 months now. i was really dedicated for the first 2 months then got lazy and was just on and off.


im gettting serious again about. focusing more on girth this time.

today was the best workout ive ever had during PE'ing

also taking 1000mg of l-argnine, 500mg l-lysine, and 50mg zinc. going to start taking Ginkgo Biloba (Mon - Fri.)

5/5/11

-8min. warm up
-Manual stretching 2x30sec (up,left,right, straight out)

-200 wet jelqs
-Edged for 20 min with a uli(30 seconds) in between each PONR.

My cock was so fat after this :))))
Yeah it should be aftet a workout like that, the only i would advise is a longer warm up. Say 15 minutes
