I am practicing a routine with few days off and you Big Al already know that, the training has a time of at least an hour (Jelq,Double Sqeez and stretch)
I am having very good results. I have never had two days break in a row. Physiologically, the days of rest are used to repair the micro lesions and for growth solid but in my case I have quick gains, are they useful or not? I always train with a good erection and sometimes on the pain threshold. At the end of the training the result is pumped good. In two days can I lose gains?
