The Squeeze would be a good exercise to use with this as it also stresses the tunica. Combine this with stamina work and you'll have a complete routine.

Since the Mandingo is a variant of the bundled stretch you should take care in starting off with it by easing into intensity and reps.

Hi Al, i have a anatomical question for you if you have the time. I just made some small progress by changing stretchin and hanging to sideways OTL only. After reading bib’s view on angles etc. But after viewing anatomical chart of the penis. I dont understand why this is benefitial. It seems like the susp.ligs. Should be the main restrictive factor. I feel the stretch like way up in my groin area. I know that it works but i would just like to know why.. please dont waste time to response if it’s a stupid question. No biggie just courious.

Hey Big Al, quick question. I'm uncircumcised and i'm having trouble pulling the skin back while stretching. I've looked at a few threads and i'm still pretty lost. Is there any tutorials on how to do it?

Thanks! The problem i'm having is when I pull the skin back and try to stretch it's quite painful in my glans & it's also hard to grip. Do you know if there's any videos showing you where to grip and where the extra skin goes etc?

The extra skin would expand over time and cover your penis like a non-affected foreskin.

If the methods listed in the above link aren't possible for you due to pain, it might very well be in your best interests to seek our medical professional help with this.

Would it be better to target length prior to girth even if girth was the first priority?
Would it be more likely for length gains to stay during girth-focused training than vice verca?

Length gains are easier than girth gains, and initially girth increases as a consequence of increasing length, a sort of side effect. You have to cement your gains, length or girth.

One of my fears is that I will end up with a lot of skin, and a pseudo foreskin, I am not interested in restoring my non existent foreskin.

If you're looking to isolate length gains, then performing a "Length Only" routine for awhile will help you to isolate and accelerate gains in that area by allowing you to devote more recovery resources to it.

If you're after both length and girth without one prioritized over the other, then train both.

While many exercises target one specific aspect over another, there's no "pure" length or girth exercise. Even direct stretches can have an effect on the tunica- which is the main governor of girth.

I'm with you. I am inadvertantly getting more like a foreskin too and I am happy with my tight cut look. What to do?

No, performing length work exclusively should not negatively affect your girth gains- as long as you're maintaining good EQ.

Work a beginners routine for at least 90 days. You need to condition before jumping into the advanced routines. I understand you want to focus on girth but how much length do you want also?
