AAarrrRghghh I hate when people interrupt me... 18 and a half hours in the day I'm awake, you pick the 15 minutes I'm pulling my Pud? Get serious.

Well I got 5 minutes in before being interrupted, then had a hard time picking back up because I was then annoyed as all fack. eventually did 12 minutes worth... Still annoyed.

Anyway, BPEL was weird I sometimes think I'm cheating to I have to readjust and remeasure, so it kept falling between 8-3/8s(8.375) and 7/16s (8.437") at around 90% erection. if I don't include the minimal curvature it's 8 and 5/16s (8.31). It's about an 1/8th inch difference. A good bit so I'll try to go with the nominal measure.

Girth blew up serious in the first couple of minutes of starting the routine, but it definitely was bigger this morning even just on the start off erection. Oh, no morning wood either, but I'm compounded with a bunch of stress so it's understandable.

BPFSL was 8.75 again, no change there. Too much crap going on in my morning today, I've got a serious headache. Anyway, 3 days LOL I don't think it's healthy to count the days as I am... I may do a 20 minute session tomorrow get him nice and tired out or take a day off I haven't decided. I may be seeing the lady tomorrow night so I have to make a decision!

oh well... that's the ways the day goes

Yeah I know how you feel about being interrupted. Been there plenty of times escpecially with the kiddos being here. I think FRI I will be measuring my BPFSL it has been a long time since I have done it. Last time I checked it was 7.5'' and that was the beginng of PE journey.

Well, it just got really weird. I've lost just about a quarter inch in length from yesterday... Got situated this morning and measured the same way i was yesterday and came up with a BPEL of 8.25" confused I tried to get it harder i think it was hard, but then again, I can't really say... :( I forgot to do my bend test to make sure, but it was aroun 85% hard i think.

After i had to do some things I came back and got a second measre just before I started. and I think i may have been 80%hard at 7-7/8" that's poppy cock. it should have been much bigger than that. So I start my routine, get it what i think is 90% measure just to make sure, and It's 8-1/8"

Midway through the routine. I'm 8.00" Flat! Wtf... I shrank! I don't know if it's fatigue or not... let me check the logs. So I guess this is the third day... hRmmm Maybe I should take another rest day, :(

Routine consisted today of Erect Bends, some "SBE Jelqs" ;) :D, and the helicopters. Didn't focus on the time. But i am concerned with the length shrinking. I think I'm going to give tomorrow a rest. i'll see how my erections come on line in the next two days.

Oh yea, he's tired... There's some moderate turtling going on :(. FOCUS!


Checked BPEL again and it's still the same!!! :( :( 8.125" BPEL at what i think was 85-90%

Don't panic mate, give it a day rest and a hot warm-up only for 15-20 min and he will be fine, and the next workout you do, do it lightly for example: instead of 40 kegels stretch hold do 25-30 and instead of 15-20 min jelq do only 10, just only the next workout and then get back on track, good luck ^_^

Oh yea, I've definitely learned a lesson. GTO said it earlier in the post... Of course, it didn't hit me until i was well into my routine. Speaking about his mind set. even if his peen wants to be worked out, if he's not there mentally, he doesn't. I should have held off since my mind hasn't been all there the last couple days. Been kind of ignoring my PIs... a Level-5 NoNo in PE. LOL!

Soooooo I'm Going to take today off for a bit of rest. Flaccid felt super stretchy yesterday. a little too stretchy actually. It was a bit worrisome. I didn't get any measurements other than the earlier 8.75. today is clearly not as stretchy as I have a bit of an engorged flaccid this morning.

wow, this is weird. my BPFSL is SUPER limited today it literally felt like it stopped an inch shorter just now. I check it and it hit a hard stop at 8.5 o_O. I think I might need to give him a rest for a while. I don't have a clue WHY it's shrinking all at once. hmmmmmmmmmm Gonna have to search this as well.

Just did a BPEL and it was 8-3/16s almost, I however, DID remember to do my flex test and it was what seemed to be 70% erection. it felt like 80 Because the CS was so far expanded. that may be why I'm so down on size. Less hardness is indeed overtraining...

Oh man, I feel so relieved LOL! That still doesn't explain the lowered BPFSL. other than I may have overtrained it to the point of not wanting to stretch out much more, i dunno. Either way, i definitely need to slow it down until my erections achieve 100% on their own again.

UPDATE:

well size is coming back, little by little. It's back at 8.25" for right now, we'll see how far it grows. Erections are feeling like they're really hard but it's probably because he's a little sore. They're not nearly as hard as they can be when I test their rigidity. They're around 70% - 80% Erection Level for me. so the erections are just sore from being worked out too much. To my penis a 70% feels like a 95% and an 80% can feel much like a 110% Super Erection (those where they're so hard they hurt)

Wow!!! my flaccid right now was so squishy and gelatinous that i could have tied it in a knot just now. That was super weird. I think that's a good sign. Just trying to let it heal for right now. giving it some time off to get relaxed. That lazy fooger has earned a break, i guess :)

BPFSL is back up to 8-5/8" not up to its 8.75 like it was yesterday, but we'll see by tomorrow what his style is :) Non-bonepressed Flaccid length as almost exactly 5" :) that means with fat pad losses it would be close to 6" in Flaccid length. just a bit of incentive to lose the weight, but not much LOL!

BPFSL has gone up bit more to just shy of 8.75" so he's coming back. erection looked crazy long just now, didn't think to "feel" girth, but length definitely on the comeback. BPEL was about 8.313 to about 8.375 (8-5/16" to 8-3/8")

he's still down on size. :( dunno what to think. did a light routine today. maybe 2-3 Minutes. Nothing serious. did a prelim base girth measurement, but since my balls were way too tight this morning, it was a little further up the shaft than last time. It was 6.00" I'll wait 'til the Balzac is a little looser before I take another gander.

Felt absolutely stock this morning. That's been my fear from the jump, LOL! do all this work and one day, wake up and it's back to normal... did that to me this morning. grumble.

Anyhoo, been a long stressful day that I just want overwith! Good news is that I've built up a rapport with the manufacturer of the Piggyback ECU that i own. They're going to upgrade my PB to the latest version at no charge! Now that's customer service!

Just checked Base Girth again with some looser bulb action. BEG is what looks like 6-3/8" not a good sign :(... Oh well no need in dwelling. Keep a positive spirit!! :) I've made it this far!

Hey SBE! When you check your BPFSL do you barely stretch it?? Do you stretch hard as you can?? Last time I did my BPFSL I stretched as hard as I can. My BPFSL was only at 7.5''

I stretch as far as possible. I give it a few good "bump stop" tugs to get it loosened up, then pull it hard enough to get a positive reading. i don't warm up though.

Dang you don't even warm up for your BPFSL. I bet if you warmed up and did your BPFSL it would be longer! I too going to measure today. Wish both of us good luck.

I'm going to go ahead and Put it down with an 80% erection. I'll update this post if I get a 100% later on.

  • Starting Volume Increase: 22%


2 Month:

  • BPEL: 8-5/16" (8.31") +7/16"
  • NBPEL: 7-3/8" (7.38") +5/8"
  • MEG: 5-3/4" (5.750") +1/8"
  • BEG: 6-3/8" (6.375") +1/4"
  • Starting Volume Increase: 41%


I'm completely underwhelmed by this month's performance, in relation to last month's performance. I should also mention i stopped doing cool downs in the last 2 weeks to test their effectiveness. Looks like cool downs may have helped Girth Increase!

That's proof positive for me that it is very important to use CoolDown™ Technology. You know everything looks more important with a little TM next to it, LOL!

So, as far as Further movement is concerned, I'm sure I know what to do now. Nothing to it but to do it!

Also, I should mention that at one point I did see 8.5" BPEL in the last few days, but i don't know how i got that. Must have been a truly hard erection or something I don't know.

To Add:

I'm having a bit of internal pressure "ache" inside the front of my penis. Been getting too many erections today LOL! i'll leave it be for today, no Exercises :)

BTW, In the comparison Pictures both penises represent me, but the "Custom Size" wouldn't let me change the skin tone LOL. Oh well. the penis on the left is my starting size 7.25x5.25. The penis on the right is me month 1 and month 2

Thanks Grow :) I was disappointed this morning but I think if I use that as my baseline I can get accurate girth gowth from here on. and I have a low baseline to compare against so any growth above that (that I already have) looks like more and is a bit of a momentum builder :)

I will be doing Cool Downs after every workout from now on, no deviation. I'm sure that my current Final Destination for length will be 9.25" BPEL, 8.25" NBPEL and my girth goal is 6.25" Now, I'm adamant about my Girth goal, the length, I'm not too "static" on.

That said, I don't really want a 10" penis, I can see that as being a bit "overkill" and I wouldn't be able to really "Make Love" in close coitus like I fantasize with something that long. 9 I can see being a bit hard to work with in that situation, but manageable. I would be able to do any position with just about any sized girl with a 9" schlong :)

To Add:

I'll be adding some current pictures tonight... I want to get an angle like I had before and see the difference.

So yea... I thought I was going to take a rest day today. little guy felt REALLY good this morning. Got up to 90% erection with absolutely no troubles. so I went ahead and did about 10 minutes of Routine. I added some EA Uli's and a Horsesqueeze as well as 2 Erect Bends 20 seconds at 90 degrees and ran to the tub to "cooldown" flaccid is big and floppy :) Nice and squishy too :)

I quite nearly BPFSL'd to 9" last night at 8 and 7/8" but it quickly retracted back to 8.75 so i know I am still moving :) gotta get this stupid BPEL up to 8.5 before I can be happy. Girth in the mornin felt... "eh" not big but not small. just "eh" I did a post Measure Day Double Check and it came out to 5.75" so I guess that's the girth for now. I'll check it in a few days, when/if i get a 100% erection. It would probably help if I stop spanking my monkey every night. Hey, don't judge me LOL!

Hmmm checking BPFSL now it is... 8 3/4 (8.75) it nudged up to 8-13/16th (8.81). I guess it's still doing its thing. BPEL was unchanged this morning.

Whoa, Woke up with serious wood this morning. Like, major! :D Was looking pretty long too. I'm happy about that. Girth was about par for the course. I guess it wasn't any bigger than it was before. the workout actually feels like It was starting from a really well rested penis. It's crazy, he was feeling super rejuvenated.

BPFSL was.... Hmmm what was it? i think it was a strong 8-13/16 very close to 8-7/8". BPEL was 8.25 with about 80% to 85% erection. No love lost, he's still pushing towards the goal :) Worked out for 15 minutes today... Even at 75% erect post workout, I was having my first bout of serious, SERIOUS, trouble fitting inside a TP roll! I get Chamin I think, so those rolls are little bigger than others apparently. At 5.75" i can still fit inside of it a bit. Some TP rolls are slimmer than others, but the ones I get always are pretty forking big. Probably the same thickness as a papertowel roll... damn you Proctor & Gamble:mad:

Anyway, I've not been able to replicate the same conditions for a comparison shot in my pics. Gotta shave my balls, and apply some heat to get the loose LOL. I'll do that eventually... I really want to see what it looks like from then to now. :)

To Add:

Measured up earlier today. I was going to avoid it, but with such a hard-on, It was undeniable. at about 90% or so, I was 5-13/16 (5.812) MSEG and 8-3/8" (8.375"). I'm sticking with the 5.75 though and the 8.31... I think today is the last day i'm going to Measure girth until May :)

You mentioned earlier that you don't warmup. I have no doubt that you could get EVEN BETTER gains if you did. The heat really relaxes the muscles and ligs and helps a lot. I know I wouldn't have made the gains I have without all of the heat I use.

You're right, GTO. I'm sure if i warmed up I may get better gains, but if i start warming up, i'm sure that's going to make it much easier for me to injure myself with my current pressure and time balance. so i'd have to find the correct time/balance and if it made the time much longer than the required 15 minutes maximum, i'd have to weight the benefits, ya know?

Sucks being engineering minded... "Optimization" at all times LOL if i change a cog in the gearbox, i have to redo the layshafts, lol. When i start to lose ground in my gains, i'll definitely start doing more conventional routines and see if they help me pick up the gains.

Wow no morning wood to speak of, but there are clear and present reasons... Late indulgence clearly was my issue :( i gotta work on that.

anyway, Did 15 minutes, but It was a really forced 15 minutes. Another one of those really bad sessions. On the outset, there was some weird sensation of a stretching happening near the tip of my penis. on the verge of painful so I lightened up (first time) my jelq. that was weird. I'm not too concerned with it, it just felt like I may have hyper extended some of my tension bridges in my penis. Semi engorged right now so I can't get a good BPFSL but it did stretch up to 8.75. BPEL was down after the exercises and so was erection strength, so I'm sure i've overtrained just a smidge.

I may have been a little too rough on him yesterday. My bad little guy...~mumbles~ lazy bastid...

Looks like I have to make tomorrow a rest day, LOL! That's fine, When was my last restday??? Oh crap, it looks like it's been a good 5 days. I've really got to pay attention to my Day schedule! I'll start listening to him. He's been really good, his condition is much better and he can go much harder for much longer! I guess I can't call him lazy anymore. Even when we were sick, he stood up for some Exercise :) gotta dap him up for that.

Got some pretty "good" turtling going on right now Definitely need to let him rest. Grumble! i swear i had a rest day just a few days ago! Oh well, it's not a race... I'm only going to beat myself if I rush it.
