Well thanks, I hope this log does inspire men to take up the PE game.. U don't know unless u try it!! I would say the losses would be minimal.. I wouldn't expect to loose more then 1/2" or so BPEL myself.. I kept floating down a 1/4" every time I stopped with the hanging.. But, I if did a little bit of Jelqing etc. that would come back in a few weeks.. I would say EQ and loose ligs are MY losses when that happens.. That would be if u stopped completely, most guys myself included will not likely completely stop PE.. We will always be doing a little bit off and on, clamping, jelqing etc.. I found my new device to be quick and effective at keeping me "fluffed" up.. Simple, no lubes, minimal cleaning etc.. EQ is way up to were it should be..

Well, it's been a long while since I've had anything to say training wise, lol.. Very busy up to this point, I just started up hanging with the LG again, but this time I decided to try the "Cap" setup over taping up.. I was looking at the site and that cap was pretty pricey to get up here so I went looking for some alternatives.. I found these on Amazon and figured I could use at least the thumb protectors for a cap, or at least I was hoping I could..

This worked perfect!! They are very soft and very stretchy, I had to stretch the thumb protector and leave it to stretch it out over an object, but it's flexible enough that it works great!! It solved some issues with sealing up w/ the vacuum and it allowed more glans expansion in the chamber to fill it properly.. Taping if done a bit too tight didn't offer the expansion like this, pretty sure this will continue to work great..

Half of the week in with the new "silicone sleeves".. I must say this is going to work awesome!! They allow full expansion in the chamber, a lot more then using tape, very soft and very comfortable.. I also noticed there are literally no air leaks from the chamber, once it's on and pressure set, it's there for the whole 60mins and doesn't budge.. As far as size goes, I noticed that I am a far bit "chubbier" in the chamber (seems to be getting tight) since I stopped using LG a long while ago now.. Could it be I have grown a bit on the glans on the long break?? :thumbsup:

Interesting. I also recently bought finger protectors to use as silicone caps. I haven't had as much success with using it though. They have a way of slipping forward over the glans during a set, which creates a gap. Dunno why it happens. Maybe it's the shaft skin slipping downward and protector going along with it.

^^Forgotten, it might depend it u are cut or not.. I am not.. I stretched the thumb protector on an object (with a rounded end on it) just slightly smaller then my unit, I found it had great grip and allowed full expansion of the glans when pumped.. I think I did grow a little bit too on the break because I am a fair bit tighter in the chamber then I remember.. That might be a reason it's working too..

Yeah, I am unfortunately.

That would be most likely the issue then.. I found mine sucked right to the head and didn't really budge, it does have to be rollen down on the head, it was the best way I found.. It is extremely comfortable and stretchy compared to using the tape even..

7 full days in of hanging, and the only thing to report was a few small blisters on the first few days.. The rest of the week was uneventful.. I have myself nice and loosen up again for some serious sessions in 2020 I think..

Up to 5 lb, but still fightin' the little blisters!! Gonna take the week to settle into the 5 lb most likely, I dropped the time to 45 min and work back into the 60 min..

I am excited to see your progress moving forward. I had to evaluate my own program and realized that I was doing too much and am cutting almost everything out and focusing on strictly hanging with some manual stretches immediately after and possibly even downward jelqs. Do you do any stamina work?

I am basically just trying to keep it steady this time, nice and slow, 1 hr per day of hanging with some warm down time.. I might start some stamina work in a month or 2 I was basically trying to get into that 5 lb-6 lb range which is where I am now.. There were some issues with little blisters but that has passed now, I had a really good session this afternoon, felt great, nice stretch on when I look down and my glans are really starting to fill out in the chamber since switching to the improvised cap.. The thing I am noticing is that the stretched length and the flaccid length are now getting closer together, that is a great sign right there I am on track again.. There is about 3/8" between the 2 right now..
