Well, well.. It's finally here, next week is my 1 year anni. for PE.. It was a long year that went quick, and was so worth it!! These where my initial starting stats:

BPEL-4.73"
EG-4.5"

I made it to the 6" BPEL club in 6 months in May..

For my year 1 stats I manged to gain 1.9" BPEL!! and 0.9" in EG
I now sit currently at 6.625" BPEL and 5.4"EG!!..

This I think anyways, is very impressive considering what I had going in.. Thanks pegym.com and all the awesome members here for the help/advice ;)!! I really do have a different outlook now.. It's now time to buckle up and bull into year 2.. My Malehanger should soon be here so some new gear to play with.. And hopefully some new growth, just under an inch now in length for the goal..

The final goal that sees me to cementing in: 7.5" BPEL and 5.75 in EG

Very cool brother. Did you manage pics for before and after? Are they on the site?

No Monty, I wasn't keen on taking pics of the junk.. Though about it, just don't like the idea of my junk being online.. Shy lil guy lol.. BUT, I have been keeping accurate notes and a length chart.. These measurements are taken at 100% EQ.. I make sure I'm as hard as possible when I measure.. Rest assured these gains are legit, I have no reason to lie.. I'm as shocked as any one, because I really was expecting years of this for the progress that I did make.. In other words Extremely grateful for this site and the members here that help.. U guys helped me make major, positive changes in my life for once, thank u all for that!!! :eek:

Things are almost ground to a halt it took about 6 weeks just to get the last 1/8".. I'm in for fun now I think just to make 7.25/7.5 BPEL range.. This will likely take another year at least.. I damn near gained 2" in the 1 yr so I think I'm close to my max potential right now.. Really, if I can't get any further I'm ok with it.. It's much, much more than were I started from..

My new Malehanger should be here next week or so.. I see there are new How to vids up.. I really like the 3rd hand one for wrapping.. He says it's for the shorter guys, but I find way easier to use that wrapping..

Well it finally came!! My new toy for hanging!! I have one of the new versions of the Malehanger.. Nothing really to report on this week other than I'm trading up the homemade jobby for a commercial hanger finally..

Sitting here with the new hanger on for the first set.. one word, excellent!!.. I had some real pain in the ass wrap issues to figure out as with any hanging unit, but it's all good now.. instead of just the single wrap for the start up suggestion, I had to double up the width of the under wrap (instead of 2" wide cut to "4 wide and fold in 2 to fit under the ACE).. This means the full length didn't work anymore so it was cut back 1.5" in length to get rid the excess.. I left the ACE the recommended length thou..

It all equals me being able to hang 15lbs now with a better effort for the full 20mins!! doing this made me realize I wasn't heavy enough for myself, I am now.. Tuggin' pretty good.. Once past the learning curve for wrapping I'd recommend the Malehanger..

Well thought I'd do a flaccid measurement tonight, I have only done a few starting out in PE, it was at 3.5" on a really good day, I was just over 4" last time... I am now 4.5" flaccid and holding!! So I guess I'm now better known as a bit of a shower, lol.. This means my starting erect BPEL was only 1/4" longer then this!! The last of year of self "torture", it was so worth it!! awesome!!

Well... I’m glad I did a BPEL measurement just now since the past week I changed things up, new hanger and weight level.. I gained a 1/16 on my best of 6 5/8” and it doesn’t take a lot of push to get it there ether.. I simply needed heavier weight, and less sets.. I changed up the routine from hanging in the 10 lbs range for 3 sets, to 15 lbs for 2 sets.. This my “hanging only” routine and one I’ll stick with for a bit I think:

-15mins Heat Pad..

-1set 20mins @ 15 lbs with the new hanger..

-15mins Heat pad for the break..

-2 set 15 lbs for 15 mins.. I figure I will slowly add time to the set to match the 1 over the coming weeks until 20mins is reached..

-3set… Skipped for now in place.. Heat pad and rest!!

I’ve come to try the Malehanger routine of less sets and more weight.. I do feel bigger and like I said on the previous post my Flaccid has gone way up over the last week.. There is very little “turtling” attempts now, not once this week it is staying as a "shower".. I just jump started some new growth I think!!

Well, I think I will add a simple clamping routine to my hanging routine.. Likely will be on Wednesday nights instead of hanging, just the one night in a 5 day week.. See how this fairs out.. Any clamping suggestions are welcome, I will be using a "Cable Clamp" style of clamp...

Start clamping with your hands , this is my suggestion!

One day of the week doesn't sound like much, what is the reason behind adding clamping?

Some small girth work is all (like the way it feels too), I was hoping it might give me a few 1/8th's in length besides plumping me up a bit while I grow hanging..
1 day a week because it will be a lot of stress hanging and clamping at the same time..

But I did measure just a few hrs ago for the end of the week, and on the way up again baby!! Getting very close to 6.75" BPEL (1/16th shy of it) should be there in a few weeks.. I'm glad I up'd my weight to 15lbs and dropped the 3rd set of hanging just for now, it's started some new growth within the week.. I took Friday off as I was feeling well worked over the week.. I started on a Malehanger like program... It's working..

Well... Yay!! Early X-mas present to me.. :common001::yahoo:.... I can safely call myself 6.75" BPEL on 100% EQ.. That means I gained 2 full inches in 13 months!! My Ultimate goal is now within 0.75" mark to gain.. Currently hanging 15lbs.. 2x20mins sets 5 days a week...
Pretty Redheads beware, there's getting to be a real pocket monster a foot, haha..

Well another week in the books, Week 58 for me.. Feeling pretty good and at made some more creep.. I am Just over 6.75" BPEL and moving up to the next 16th.. 7" BPEL is starting to look more real to attain now.. 15 lbs for 20 mins a set seems to be my sweet spot I gained 3/8th's in 6 weeks that stayed with no lost.. Skin pull was the mental challenge, It Burns!! :target: lol.. But now it's just comfortable.. I'll mention since bumping up the weight I've cut out the 3rd set for the time being and I am still gaining @ 2x20mins at 15 lbs.. Heating pad breaks are now 15 mins instead of 10.. "Less is best" is really working for me..
