Hey Everyone,

As everyone should know by now...taking a pill to grow your penis is not a realistic thing. The enhancement pills offered today are to help you achieve a better erection which in turns gives you a larger penis due to the increased blood flow. You need to take the pills in conjunction with doing PE. I have done a lot of reading and believe there are truly only 3 products that offer the best formulas.

Vig Rx Plus

I am currently taking Vig Rx plus tongkat ali-Vitamin E- Cnidium Monnier and L Arginine. I am almost out of Vig Rx and was curious if anyone has tried the Pro Solution or Zenerx and could share their experiences.

Why are you wasting your money? If anything just jog, or buy L Arginine by itself.

Thanks for the replies gentleman. I was curious if you could take a quick look at my routine as well and share some thoughts/advice:
Warmup (2)
Wrap a hot wash cloth around your penis 2 times for 2 1/2 minutes (6 minutes)

Stretch (6)
Pull Penis in all Directions for 15 Secs. Then hold at bottom of shaft and swing for a little to loosen up. (Estimated time 2 minutes)

Hold (1)
Do 30 Jelqs and then with your right hand "hold" your penis with the jelq grip (as tight as possible) at the base of the shaft. With your left hand overhand-jelq your penis 20 times (2 secs per). Once complete, using your left hand again (still maintaining your grip with the right) using a flat pointer and the underside of your thumb, slide this grip the from the just above the right hand grip and slide to the head. Do this 20 times(2 secs per). Finish with 30 overhand Jelqs going down/out. (5 minutes)

Squeeze (12)
Do 30 jelqs. With one hand at the base (with your thumb and forefinger in "OK" sign as if milking) and the other hand (same way) positioned just behind the head of the penis - SQUEEZE! For 10 secs. Penis should be 50-75% hard. After each 10 sec squeeze release the left hand while still maintaining your right grip and slide the left hand in a jelq position from just above the right hand grip back to just behind the head and repeat. Do 6 then release both hands. Rest 1 minute and then do 30 jelqs and do 6 more. Finish with 30 overhand Jelqs going down/out. (6 minutes)

Gap Jelqs (15)

Grip your penis at the base with your right hand and an inch up from the right hand with your left in an overhand grip. Using both hands do a jelq motion until your left hand is just below the head. Each rep should be 5 secs. After each rep do a quick jelq-re grip and repeat. (3 minutes)
Jelq
Every movement should start from the base of the penis shaft and stop just below the head. Each rep should be 3-5 seconds. Experiment with varying levels of pressure. Note that the blood must be rushing to the penis. Penis should be 50% hard. Do for 10 minutes. (10 minutes)

Finishing Move
Hold penis after final Jelq rep. with right hand (as tight as possible) at base. Do 1 20 sec squeeze. While maintaining grip, using your left hand again (still maintaining your grip with the right) using a flat pointer and the underside of your thumb, slide this grip the from the just above the right hand grip and slide to the head. Do this 40 times(1 sec per). Finish with 30 overhand Jelqs going down/out. (2 minutes)
Cool Down
Wrap a hot wash cloth around your penis 2 times for 2 1/2 minutes (6 minutes)

Thanks Steve. Ive actually been doing PE for awhile. In the past I went heavier on the Jelqs but I recently incorporated the Gap Jelqs and Squeeze reps. I am mainly concerned on getting about 1in more in length and as much girth as possible. I'd like to try to keep the routine to about 30-40 mins. I currently do the above mon-tues-thurs-sat with 30 mins of PC flexes (reg and reverse k's). Any additional thoughts is greatly appreciated.

Never really heard of that squeeze or gap jelqs, but if they are working for you then keep it up. :)
