OK, I started on I think it was March 10, 2015. I bought a pro extender. The springs didn't work well. I ended up buying an x4lab extender mid april. I used my pro extender to lengths instead of tension. start stats... BPEL: 5.25-5.75 NBPEL:5.0-5.25 NBPFL: 2.0-3.0 FG: 4.0 EG:4.75-5.0 I started with no manual PE or jelqing exercises. I started them around 2 weeks ago.
my routine:
Manual stretches: basic stretches in all direction @ 30 seconds each direction 5 reps, 5 bundles stretches clockwise and counterclockwise full rotation, 5-10 slow crank stretches each direction, 5 assisted A- stretches @ 30 seconds each, 5 inner penis stretches @ 30 seconds. This is my warm up. I do this everyday.
Extender: I use x4lab extender for 5-6 hours everyday after manual stretches. I use the noose and i use the comfort sponge pad for extra comfort. I am stretching currently at 5.75 inches-6.25 inches. I started at around 5.0 inches to 5.5 inches. With my pro extender the first week i stretched to 6.0 and only got 6 hours in that week because i could not get a full erection for 4 days. I have a little over 200 hours now all together in stretch time.
Jelq routine: I jelq with vasoline and vitamin E oil mixture. This is obviously not water based but it is fine because it stays lubed and i do it after my stretching anyways... i don't need the easy clean. I also kegel when i jelq. i jelq for either 15-20 minutes straight or 2 x 10 minute sessions. i get over 500 jelqs in @ around 30-50% erection level.
Warm Down: i wrap a hot cloth for 5-8 minutes after jelq.
Supplements: I take maca men one daily multi vitamin, triple ginsa, mens maca man, green tea complex, and potassium & magnesium aspartate. These vitamins are for cell growth and overall blood circulation and vitality.
my stats on 4/23/2015 were BPEL: 6.0
my stats on 5/1/2015 were BPEL: 6.25 NBPEL: 5.75 NBPFL:3.25-3.5 FG:4.0 EG: 5.0
my stats on 5/3/2015 were BPEL: 6.5 NBPEL: 6.0 NBPFL:3.25-3.5 FG:4.0 EG: 5.0
i have pictures from previous erections but no ruler to show length. The difference is dramatically obvious though. healthier, taller, and looks thicker. I am not sure when i will be posting them but sometime in the near future because i am amazed. I looked at the lot theory and i tug at 9 o clock when i kegel. Apparantly I have a high lot and I might consider hanging later in my progression. I am not sure if erection quality had to do with my gains or I am a high gainer... My erections look hard and felt hard before, i am not sure. Regardless this is where i am and where i was before with my routine.
my short term end of the year goal at probably 900 hours on the extender plus PE routine is BPEL: 7.0
my long term goal is by 05/04/2016 I am 7.5-7.75 BPEL
my dream goal is 8.0 NBPEL EG:5.5-6.0

Man oh man, was that a paragraph and a half full of stats and dates and everything aha, i got through it though.:)
Great gains man, it looks like in some parts you made gains really quick, if i read that right, so they are probably EQ improvements. You are definitely on the right track to a healthier penis.

On the beginning of my 9th week now. Started incorporating manual PE such as listed in the original post in the middle of week 7. Took pics again to see if there was any progress. It seems to look even longer than week 7s pic and fatter and healthier. I have yet to take pics with ruler. I have not measured and will not until the end of my 12th week on my 3 month mark. When I am done with my 6 month mark I should be very close to 900 hours and roughly 4 1/2 months of manual PE. I have been jelqing 3-4 days on and 1 day off of jelqing and still 5-6 hours daily on stretcher. Depending on my progress in the 6th month to 9th month of using the extender I will switch over to hanging in hopes of some early quick gains from that. I have noticed that jelqing after every extender session with a warm down has greatly helped my penis. I read a PE book today and will start to incorporate V-stretches into my routine. Tomorrow is my break from jelqing and edging and I will just manual stretch as a warm up into my extender time period with a warm cloth cooldown. waking up everyday with an erection. Some days are 100%. So my PIs are looking absolutely perfect right now. My penis has turtled just a little after stretching but i then jelq and it hangs nicely with no pain. A little soreness in the morning but not enough to feel worried about it.

Started incorporating ball stretches while pulling up on my warm up of basic stretches. My balls seemed to be pulling out a bit too far in stretches. started to jelq twice a day once in the morning and once at night, breaking up my extender periods into 2-3 hour sessions. Doing anywhere from 250-500 per session. Found my tunica to be slightly limiting. Going to not jelq at anything more than 50-60 percent to keep the work on the tunica for a little more time. Then allow my smooth muscle to catch up doing higher erection jelqs. I will continue this until my stretch is past my full erection.

During my last 3 jelqing sessions I was able to get my BPEL up to 6 3/4 inches, which is 1/4 up from a week ago. I didn't believe it at first so i did it again the next day and the next. I wont make it official yet because it is not the 12th week. I am on the beginning of my 10th week and I am hoping it may be higher... WHO KNOWS! The end of week 9 i had 274 hours on my extender. WOOHOOO!!!

Almost at 300 hours on my extender. I decided to stop using my extender. I ended up rigging up the end of my x4 extender with a comfort strap and tied strings to a milk jug using ml of water converted to lbs. I did 3 20 minute sessions the first 2 at 3.12 lbs and the 3rd at 3.9 lbs. Afterwards, I jelqed and edged. I needed to change routine because the time was too much on the extender. I plan to go out to the hardware store to make a hanger with tubing and clips. I need to get some weights as well. i now use the extender as an ads to heal at an extended length.

3rd day of hanging. I stopped doing manual stretches as i did before the extender. I went out and got the equipment to make a hanger. The first one was slightly too small so I made a larger one and they both worked fine. I was attempting to find when i fatigued and when to ride the fatigue. I ended up adding up to 4.6 lbs today and it was a bit much then lowered it to 4.07 and finished my last 2 sets with that weight. All my angles have been straight down. after my 4th da1will be doing BTC and those will be my first 2 angles for the next month or months. I decided to lower the initial weight down to 3.3 at start to see if that would feel better at first and just leave that weight for now until i get more sets in. I dont want to add too much weight in the beginning. I figured since I bought a 3.3kg extender and was pushing to minimum 1.1kg that 4 might not be too much but it was. I am using cotton sheets, and soft medical gauze for a wrap with a rubber insulated clamp on thick clear tubing. It is much more comfortable than i thought. I lube up after warm up with hot water and wrap into hanging.

i still plan on measuring on my 12th week from my start. which is a little over 2 weeks from now. im still kegeling, jelqing and i am not going to edge every jelq session after hanging. I will leave edging to another time not directly afterwards.

3rd set reduced weight to 3.3lbs
jelqed between every session and warm cloth for 5 minutes
jelqed for 20 minutes after
going to edge later tonight and do at least 2 edging sessions per week
at least 1 day of only 1 hanging session per week as a rest day. I will probably throw in some manual stretching that day.
will increase sessions up to 6 then start increasing weight to 4.5

i have been bouncing the weights a little bit to induce fatigue in the 1st set and i felt it good in the 2nd set about 15 mins in. Still dont know if i am just using too little weight or not but i still dont want to go too high on the weight.

manually stretches today
5x30 secs bundle stretches, every direction, inner penis, assisted a-stretch,
10 slow cranks clock and counter clockwise
put my penis back on my extender at about 4 1/2 - 5 to heal
-going to do 1x 20 @ 3.9 lbs then back on the stretcher for many hours through the day.
-jelq session after for 20 mins then jelq and edge session later tonight
- tomorrow last week set of 3x20 and then moving up to 4 sets
- not edging until after at least 3 days more of hanging.
- measured again yesterday was still at 6 3/4 bpel hoping to see 7+ sometime in the next month which means i need to change my end of the year short term goal to 7 1/2 bpel! can only hope at this point and keep positive.

current primary direction is SD and secondary BTC. finishing SD for 1 week tomorrow. Going to swicth to BTC 3 sets and 1 set SD until BTC is exhausted then switch to SD.

did only 3.3 lbs for 3 sets today. will reduce to this until my 6x20 are done. then i will be moving back up to 3.9lbs.

on June 10th I will be posting my measurements. Right now im using a homemade circular compression hanger. My nbpsfl is 5 1/2. im not sure if i am getting less because it isnt a lateral like a bib hanger. My nbpel currently is 6 1/4. Will measure again with bpsfl but it seems weird to measure that because it is straight down instead of out. I will have to make due with whatever i get and just go from there. on June 10th i will be done with 293 hours of extending time, however many hours of hanging and roughly 6 weeks of manual exercises. I am still doing manual stretches on the 1set day of hanging and a few more times during the week when i wake up to put my penis back on the ADS.
-still getting good PIs in the morning and hitting 6 3/4 bpel. it is much easier to hit that everytime and I am not trying to hard to get it during edging. still hoping for the 7 bpel on june 10th. WISH ME LUCK AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
