week 2 day 3
4x20min sessions @ 3.3lbs 1-SD 3-BTC
-light jelqs between each set
- warm cloth 5 minutes before each set
-15 minute jelq session after last hang set
- 5 minute warm down hot cloth
current BPFSL is 6 1/2 which is currently a 1/4 inch lower than my current bpel. Still think that it is because it is not a bib hanger and there is the head and front portion not being stretched at all due to my device being circular compression hanger. at least i have a measurement to go from now.
keeping edging to 3 times a week mixed with a heavier jelq session.
-keeping my penis at 5 inches on my x4 extender for many hours after hanging.
-since i started hanging im waking up with morning wood still. my penis seems MUCH more stretchy.

NOTE: took a shower before hanging today and ran out of warm water. had to run downstairs and keep some water hot in a pot. LMAO was running around nude thank god no one was home today.
- - i will be edging with a more intense jelqing session later today.
- - put a little more tension on my extender after hanging than before. if i am correct an ADS has weight pulling on it just much less than what you are maxing. before i was just putting it at around 4 1/2 inches and leaving it. not much tension was put on it. i dont want to crank it out to what it was when i extended before but i might be doing that soon but a little above the first line instead of at the line or under it slightly. Just going with what feels right atm.

- 15 minute jelq session after last set
- 5 minute warm down
- ads at 5 3/4 inches a bit above 1st line on x4 extender.

tomorrow is my 1 set only day of BTC. 10 days until my measurements on 3rd month of total pe time.

I dont know if i should point my ads down or out? should i go with the direction of what i am hanging or another direction to heal? please comment on any suggestions or knowledge based on experience. THANKS!

I would point the extender in the direction you would like your penis to grow. It is not critical, and some ADS actually pull the penis in a bent shape. For me though if I had a choice I would point it in the direction I wanted it to grow.

06/01/2015 week 2 day 6
1x20 min session @ 3.3lbs
-warm up before hang
- 10 min jelq session after hang
- kegels while hanging and during jelq
- wearing extender as extender today for at least 4 hours.
NOTE: woke up today with a very nice erection and my penis felt great. I had extended my penis further than previously when i was doing only the extender. If i had put it this way before it would have hurt and it is comfortable now. My tunica is definitely a limiting factor and i am glad the hanger is helping this out. So from now on I am keeping my extender at the level of force i did previously before hanging. I think it was around 3 hours I was on my extender at the force i did pre-hanging.

- light jelqs and kegels between each session
- warm down
- reduced weights to 2.8lbs ~ 1250g during 4th set and 5th set stayed at 1250g
- penis feels worked and it feels great
- 4 hours extender time to do now while watching the arrow

2xbasic stretches every direction @ 30 secs, 3x bundled stretches clock/counter @ 30 sec, 5x inner penis stretches @ 30 sec, 5x assisted a-stretch @ 30 sec, 10 slow cranks clock/counter.
5x20min sessions @ 3.3lbs
- reduced weight to 2.8lbs on my 5th set, later than last time
- light jelqs and kegels between each set
- warm down
- time for extender now for however may hours
- another normal jelq session later in the day
NOTE: will probably start incorporating a little bit of girth work to increase smooth muscle a bit. probably higher erection jelqing and maybe jelqing with ulis just a little bit. i have noticed it greatly helps my erection while edging in both length and girth.

NOTE: while reading and extending I am able to relax much more. I get red and white tiger stripes while extending. It is very much like brachi lines i think is how you spell it. Similar to energy lines on your back. google it, this is a real thing. They arent skin lines either from skin stretch. I find it interesting.... When i am watching a movie or tv series it does not occur. Going to start reading more while extending. May be due to relaxing and having my mind occupied. Edging with high erection jelqing and jelqing while holding a uli is amazing. Feels like it gives me a bigger dick if i do that. After kegeling now for a little bit and edging my dick has way more control on my erections. 5 more days hoping for a 7.0bpel!
