END OF WEEK SUMMARY:
- total extender time : 456 hours 25 mins
- total hang time: 36 hours 40 mins
NOTE:I have been consistently pointing my extender up and out only. I am not going to worry about down much anymore on it. If i do down direction i will only do a little bit of time. During my jelqing i switched from down and out jelqing to 50 right, 50 left, 50 up, about 200 out, 50-100 down. I have been doing mostly jelq and hold technique. Should be past 500 hours by the end of next week. Hoping for some growth soon here. Monthly measurement on the 10th. Also, switching my manual to 2 on 1 off. Jelqing on every manual day. Might start bundled stretches again too tomorrow.

NOTE: switched out my 1/4 inch bar for my 1/2 inch bar. So i am now up 1/4 inch on my extender bars. Using 2 and 1/2 for my bars now. woohoo! In a week i update my measurement.

CORRECTION TO PREVIOUS POST
NOTE: penis under the glans is very sore. I am having trouble keeping my extender on due to pain. I did not do the manual listed above. I am going to take a rest day today hoping i will feel better. Going to just keep my extender as an ads and let this heal.

NOTE: penis is feeling better. I am going to do the manual then keep it on my comfort strap for a little at extended length, then move to my noose strap for extending. If pain is present I will keep to my comfort strap as an ads for the remainder of the day.

NOTE: if everything is healed and my under glans sores are completely healed I'll start again tomorrow. Plus side... Got to 6 7/8 bpel twice while jelqing a few days ago. Idk if I will lose that from not extending the last 2 days but that is always good. My flacid girth went to 4.5 from 4.0. I have not yet checked my erection girth but that is nice to see.I will not be warming up into extender anymore. I think the constant warm and wet under a wrap has caused minor skin damage. From now on I'll warm up before manual and just head swell from erections into extender to keep it nice and dry. It is no good to see your skin get pulled off from your comfy wrap....

NOTE: will have to keep my days at 10 hours when I start back up. Really want to keep it at 50 hours a week minimum to get my first short term goal of 7.5 bpel by 01/10/2016 I think it is reasonable to think it is possible.if I do this I'll have around 1700 hours in my extender plus manual work. I feel that 1200 more hours I more than enough to produce less than an inch but who knows....

NOTE: sore is finally closed and has no feeling to the touch. Going to go one more day to make sure it doesn't split open again. Not doing measurements today for obvious reasons. Next official measurement day will be 08/10/2015.

NOTE: changed from 1/2 back to 1/4 extra bar but am back to the 1/2 bar from my 3 day break. Stopped warming up and just getting erections before extender. Extending for 40 mins to 1 hour intervals with 10-30 min breaks. Using the pad from a bandaid on my sore then wrapping with one layer of gauze, one layer of thin cotton, another layer of gauze. This prevents the gauze or cotton from sticking to my skin. Took the foam off my noose strap and it holds better with more circulation than with the foam.
