I like your workouts. I also like very much how you dig into the yoga, cardio, and physical exercises. I think many people that PE, forget about working their entire body. I know many people that work out their entire body, including PE, forget about the most important aspects such as Yoga and Cardio.
To me Yoga/stretching and cardio are KEY to everything else in my life. I have success in my spheres in my life, including PE/abs/financial/education/women, and cardio/stretching has always been a part of my life....Causation or correlation between that finding dont matter, its reality, thats what matters.
