Woke up with him being a bit flaccid .
Got him going with 100 - Plump - Erect P-P-Under-Hand Squeeze-Bends + kegals + raphe and sac stretches .
100 - Erect Over-Hand P-P-Squeeze-Bends + kegals .
100 - JP's P-P-Rotary Stretches .
Used a bit less energy for exercises .

Tried a different pull .
With a plump dick , I grabbed him under his sac , pinched the lower shaft with my thumb and fingers .
Pulled his upper shaft while pulling the inner penis .
Great stretch !
BigO's LAS - 15 min .
SFL - 8 ." .

Dynamic Pump - 50 min . - 3 - 6 Hg .
No weighted DTR .

Since I'm sleeping better , I'm not as aware of his wood .
Woke at 5 and he was sort of flaccid .
So I deferred to him and let him tell me what he wanted .
So I woke at 7 and he was ready for play !

Got to do 50 - under-hand P-P-J's + kegals and sac and raphe stretches .
Then he decided , enough !
Went ahead and JP -Stretched him flaccid , 40 reps .
Think he liked them .

This may be a light day , PE wise .
I'll follow his lead .

I do double kegals for each squeeze . Keeps his mind on being woody .
Plus I like feeling and watching him flex !

Great to see you're still at it, MAEL. 7 a.m. is the best time for my Mr. Donkey Dong as well. You remind me of how effective those internal stretches are.

Ready to give me a chance to work him .
So , we had a combo of squeeze-bends .
Under and over hand - 160 reps + kegals + raphe and sac stretches .
Also JP's P-P- Rotary Stretches - 100 reps .
He gave me some juice to rub in , so I know he had fun !
7.75 " SFL .

Stretches - 10 min .
Ball Switch - 20 reps .
Flat Leg - 110 reps .
Mason Twist - 18 lb . ball - 100 reps .

Couldn't find his wood today .
Every time I woke he was not ready .
I took this as a sign he wanted left alone .
I still managed to over-ride him and give him 40 - combo P-P Squeeze-Bends .
Tried some JP P-P- stretches , but NOT .

Had to laugh cause he runs the show .
Even did a BigO LAS .
At least he's still 7 .5 " SFL .

No club cause van needed repair .

Treated him to a combo of under and over hand 2 sec . Erect Squeeze-Bends .
Followed by kegals and raphe and sac stretches .
Gotta love a guy that gets juicy from exercise !

I find I target the CS doing under-hand and the CC's over-hand .

Looking at the TGC theory , since my SL is more than my BPL .
Might be why I gravitated to squeezes .

Seems that he responds to less is more .
Gets in the way of playing with him longer , which I like to do !
Maybe I need to split up my play time .
