Another horrible workout, but not as bad as last night. I got 135 of my 150 wet jelqs done and 4 of my 5 ulis. EQ was crap the whole time and I spent inordinate amounts of effort maintaining an erection. Still, it was nice to get almost a full workout in.

The last two nights have been very good! Both workouts were of pretty high quality, although I'm not sure why my EQ is suffering the way it is. My penis also seems to be less sensitive, although that typically happens when I engage in the kind of intense exercises I do.

The only thing I can think of regarding my poorer EQ is my diet I think. I recently bought a two pound bag of Jelly Belly beans and usually eat some on a daily basis. I wonder if sugar impacts EQ?

P.S. My cock is looking pretty thick these days, thicker than normal I think, and possibly longer. The earliest I might measure girth again is at the end of this current month of PE, although, I might just wait until the end of next month. I don't want to be disappointed again!

Jelly beans are all gone, yet EQ remains sketchy, although it's not horrible. I think I may know another possible reason for the reduced EQ and sensitivity.

The last few weeks, I've been feeling lazy on Saturday and not doing PE. That would mean my dick would go Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and most of Tuesday without PE. Almost 4 days. In order for the plump not to go down too much, I've been PEing on Sunday. This resulted in my penis never having more than a day's break at a time. I don't think it's been given enough time to rest and recover. As of tonight, I've done the full Tuesday through Saturday schedule and now my dick will have Sunday, Monday, and most of Tuesday to recover. I'm hoping this helps to bring back my sensitivity and EQ.

What's strange is that it's only during PE. If I get an erection through normal stimulation, it's usually rock hard and very stiff. I don't know. Strange.

My oh my! It's been quite awhile since I did an update, and that is because I was becoming pretty disillusioned with PE. I was seemingly putting in many hours of effort and gaining little if anything in return. Then, something changed, I made a serious effort at mastering the slinky exercise!!! At this point, I am fairly long; at least 6.5 if not a little more and my hands are MUCH stronger than they used to be from all of the jelqs and ulis. Having the amount of length I do means more to work with which means the exercise is much easier and having stronger hands and fingers means they don't wear out before I can do it enough to get results. Let me say, the results so far have been absolutely astonishing! I think I'll be at 6 girth soon finally! In the next two months or so, I'll measure girth.

Well FUCK MY LIFE!!! I was on a roll with the slinkies. Girth was appearing SUPER fast. I think I got too aggressive though and was doing them at too high an erection level. Anyway, I've sustained a nerve injury. No visible damage, but the right side of my glans is now painfully sensitive to touch. I guess I'm just going to have to take a few days off and let it heal. FUCK!!!

Began the slinkies again yesterday. I made sure not to be too rough. I'm doing them every other day instead of every day like I used to. Meanwhile, my dick continues to heal apace. I have my doubts as to whether or not I feel anything from it anymore.

First post in a long time!

Awhile back, I began using the slinky exercise and saw incredible, albeit temporary gains. Then, I overdid it and suffered a minor injury. I took some time off, and then decided I would focus on length. I just wasn't motivated though since I've gained a lot of length already through manual methods and the only way I'm likely to get that final inch and make it to 8 would be hanging which I don't have the time or the privacy for.

A few days ago, I decided that I'm happy with my current measurement of 7 BPEL for the moment and am going to rededicate myself to the gains that I know for sure I can make quickly; girth! I'm going to make it to 6 girth and then take stock of my situation. I have a modified routine planned so that I don't incur that injury again. That would suck! Here I go!

First week of slinkies done. It was difficult at first to force myself to get back into the exercises, but when I saw, and felt, the gains in my hand after just a week, not PEing was out of the question! An injury set me back last time. It will not happen again! I'm on a lighter routine than before. I may gain more slowly because of that fact, but it's better than not gaining at all. Six inches in girth, here I come!

Second week of slinkies done! I cannot believe the expansion I'm getting! One of the things I've begun doing to maximize gains is to do some of the girth work on any given day right before I go to bed so that the night and morning wood helps to keep the expansion. I think it's contribuitng to my quick gains.

Something else that is pretty cool is that the slinky is an adaptable exercise. Predictably, my penis has toughened up a bit from the stress, but if it gets harder to make a bend along the shaft, all I have to do is let the erection level go down a bit. No matter how conditioned a penis gets, it will always bend easily when soft. The tougher it gets, the more I can just let the erection level go down and still get my workout in!

One month of slinkies done! I am now just one notch away from 5.75 on the tape measure. That is up from 5.5 on a good day and less on a bad day. Started my second month of slinkies yesterday. I can feel that old injury complaining slightly sometimes and so I am being very VERY careful. Workouts are proceeding very well.

The gains continue, but I'm noticing a problem; the PE is putting such stress on my dick that I'm beginning to find it more difficult to get and stay erect. If I try to get an erection when not PEing, I can get one easily. It's just the trauma of the slinkies causes it to wilt more easily. I may have to start taking two days a week off instead of one or maybe an entire week off and then start up again. We'll see.

On a side note, I'm having some good problems. I now have a bulge all the time. Flaccid almost always hangs low and full. When I have an erection, it's VERY obvious and it can get a little embarrassing when I'm out in public. It is literally too big to fit in my pants when that happens. Keeping it from touching the toilet rim gets ever more difficult as well. I'll take these problems though! Seeing it get thicker week by week is awesome!

In stark contrast to yesterday when my penis was being uncooperative, I was having trouble keeping my erection down today so I could make the bend! I don't know if it's because I haven't orgasmed in three days or if it was just an off day yesterday, but I'm happy! My cock is looking and feeling simply MASSIVE lately!

Here's the plan. I think that in the next three weeks, I will be at or very close to my goal of 6 girth. Regardless, I'll go an extra month both to cement my gains and to gain that last little bit if I have some ways to go yet.

After that, I turn to length. Right now, I'm a solid 7 BPEL. Nothing to scoff at certainly, but I want to be 8 BPEL or maybe even 7.5. I don't know how long it will take, I don't know what exercises I'll have to utilize, but it WILL happen. Maybe it would be easier to just lose the 1 inch fat pad I have. Then, I could be 7 NBPEL.

Things are getting difficult. There is a point in between fully erect and fully flaccid where the bend can best travel along the shaft. My penis is adjusting to the stress and that in between state seems to be getting smaller all the time making it harder to achieve. In addition, the tremendous stress of the slinkies is making it more and more difficult to maintain an erection for PE. Getting an erection when I'm not PEing is never an issue, but the sessions are taking longer due to the fact that staying erect is more difficult. I don't believe it will ever become impossible to do the exercises though. It's all a matter of willpower and determination now.

I'm on a rest day as I type this. I haven't done any PE today at all. I decide to get an erection just to see what it looked like since my penis was feeling perky. It looked CRAZY thick, and there was a significant gap between my thumb and finger when I grasped it!!! If it looks like this now, I cannot wait to see what the next two weeks bring!

Oh this is AWESOME!!! I began the third week of my second month of slinkies today. EQ was sky high, and at full erection it was looking REALLY thick! It's beginning to get so thick during the exercising that I could really use more length to make the process easier. I'm certain that I reach or surpass 6 girth now when I'm doing the bends. When I'm not doing them, girth is close to 6 I think. At least, it looks extremely thick. Just this week and the next, and I take a new measurement. I'm sure I'll be very happy with the results!

The mental aspect of things is becoming increasingly important. The physical stress on my penis is causing it to not respond as well to stimulation making it harder to stay erect. It's especially bad on days that my EQ isn't so great. I can get the exercises done, but they are not as high in quality and they take way longer. Sometimes, I'm not even mentally feeling aroused, never mind physically. But I keep on going! As long as there is no injury, I keep on going.

Holy sh*t but my EQ is horrible today. I'm not sure why either. I began one of my usual sessions today and wasn't able to finish it.

I took both Friday and Saturday off instead of taking just Saturday off and I think a lot more of my current size is temporary than I would care for. My biggest losses were in flaccid size. I'm pretty sure my erect size losses were less, but they were still there.
