This is pure and unadulterated bullshit! My cock has seemed to look so big lately both flaccid and erect! It looked bigger, it felt bigger, and my curiosity finally got the better of me. I measured my girth. There had been virtually no change!!! If I have gained, it is so small that I didn't notice. It is hard to believe that the new look and feel are solely the result of increased EQ. Gah!!! It's been almost two months since I began PE again. I'm not expecting miracles, but i was hoping for at least a little bit of change! I have decided that I am going to go thermonuclear war on girth! The routine I will use is below.

Shower. After I'm done washing, 5 minutes of submerging balls and cock in a cup of hot water. After that, 200 jelq squeezes. For those of you who don't know, a jelq squeeze is where you form a grip at the base, kegel blood in, and then grip to keep it in. Then, take the other hand and form an ok grip above the first one and slide forward. I kegel every other jelq. Oh, but that's just the prep portion! After the jelq squeezes, ten thirty second ulis. I'm going for INTENSE expansion here. I shall also describe an uli in case anyone is interested. First, grip at the base. Kegel in as much blood as possible relaxing the grip slightly to let blood in with each kegel. Now, squeeze and slide grip forward a little bit for six seconds. Fall back a little bit and then slide forward again over another six second period. Do this five times in total trying to work your way as close to the tip as possible. I'm doing TEN of these girth blasting exercises. It's time to attack girth hardcore! I want to say goodbye to 5.5.

Just don't overdo the ULI's at first see how much your dick can handle and how it is feeling and responding the day after. And remember girth tends to change slowly.

You are quite right, and thanks for the tip. I found that at first, my fingers were barely strong enough to keep up the tourniquet grip for even five let alone ten ulis. The extreme pressure was also rather hard on my dick. I am now three days in however and my finger strength is increasing and my dick is getting used to the pressure, faster than I expected. I think within a couple weeks, I'll be able to work my way up to ten!

Day one of my thermonuclear war on girth didn't go quite as expected. For starters, I forgot to drink some water before engaging in the hot shower and the PE which followed. As a result, I was extremely thirsty and it actually hastened my workout. Instead of doing the 200 wet jelqs I had intended, I shortened it to 150. Then, when I moved onto the ulis, I quickly realized that my fingers lacked the strength to comfortably do 5 let alone 10. I struggled to make it through 5. Oh the ache! My fingers will adjust in time, and as they adjust, my dick will also be given time to adjust. The pressures involved in ulis are EXTREME! I must say though, after I was done with the ulis, I looked, and saw that for the first time in a LONG time, my penis was noticeably thicker! I also noticed something else; the shaft was red! It was the kind of red I used to get back when I was making my newbie gains!!!


Despite taking over a year off of PE before getting back into the game almost two months ago, the standard jelq isn't doing it for me. Some of the conditioning from exercising prior had held on over that year plus time period. Fellow PErs, I have reached a transition point in my PE career! No longer is the jelq an exercise for gaining, it is simply prep work so that I may engage in more intense exercise. The core of my routine from now on is going to be the ulis. Jelqs are prep work, nothing more.

Day two was horrible! I wasn't feeling sexual at all! Getting it up and keeping it up were both severe chores. I managed to get in 150 jelqs, but only 3 ulis. I had blown my 4 days worth of cum that day and so that probably had something to do with it as well.


Depending on how things go the rest of this week, I'll either have to do PE 5 days a week cutting down on the number of ulis until my dick, and my fingers, get used to the pressure, or else PE every other day or something while doing 5 ulis per workout. We'll see.

Day three was decent. EQ was passable and my fingers and dick are getting used to the pressure more quickly than I expected. Only problem is that about halfway into the workout, I had to take a mad piss! I kept on going! I was able to get in five ulis this time. In a few weeks, I expect I'll be able to work my way up to ten per workout.

It may or may not need to rest. If it does, give it some slack and if it does not just go for the gold.

What kind of stuff? The ulis? The crappy EQ?

I will say that I am still experiencing a fair amount of discomfort during the ulis themselves, but probably 15-20 minutes after the workout, it is gone and replaced with a very dull, but not entirely unpleasant ache. The next day, there is no discomfort whatsoever.

Yesterday--day 4 of my thermonuclear war on girth--was the best so far. During the jelqing portion, my dick was harder and bigger than it normally is. My dick stayed very hard throughout the uli portion (had to coax it a few times though) and after the ulis, it took quite awhile to settle down and shrink lol! I think in another two months, I'll have some measurable results. We'll see.

Yes, I realize that. I am actually a veteran PEr I would say. I had been PEing for quite a long time before I was forced to take over a year's break. I recently started again almost two months ago. Not only did some of the conditioning from before remain, but I also had been slowly building up as far as jelqing goes. I felt that I had been putting my dick under enough stress over the last two months to safely engage in some ulis.

I now have 5 days of PE with intense ulis under my belt, and what a difference it has made! My normal flaccid is now usually long and thick and my relaxed, flaccid looks positively huge!

I don't think I've made any erect gains, although I have noticed other changes. I've noticed that at given points during the process of getting hard, I seem to be thicker than I would have been at those points before. I've also noticed that my erections are stiffer and harder. Even at full erection, it feels a lot harder and if I apply downward pressure, it seems to be less bendy than before.

My 5th day, I was still experiencing significant discomfort during the ulis, but as I've said, recovery is pretty quick. I'm sure that these two days will give my little friend time to adapt and heal before I hit it again this coming Tuesday.

Just be careful (see below)!First day of the second week of my war on girth, and I've sustained an injury. I have bled out of my shaft! Most PErs that didn't know better would likely be in panic mode right now, but not I. I've sustained a similar injury in the past, although it was higher up the shaft. Logic, reason, and caution would suggest that I take a day, maybe two, off, but I know my body. It took more than 150 seconds of sustained, intense pressure to cause that one little drop of blood to appear. So I'm going to go ahead with my PE as scheduled tomorrow, only I am going to scale back the pressure, and perhaps the number of ulis as well. I think I know why I got so eager with the ulis. I didn't feel it at first, but after my hands had two full days to rest, there was definite weak feeling to the grip that wasn't there before which caused me to compensate by applying more pressure perhaps squeezing harder than I realized.I'm gonna keep going though, cautiously. I don't want to interrupt my schedule if I can help it.

I used to get dry skin as well. It hasn't happened to me in quite some time though. I've bled out the tip before as well. Really freaked me out at first, but it wasn't so bad.

Second day of the second week of my war on girth didn't go as well as I would have liked. I thought at first that EQ would be good since I plumped up pretty quickly. Getting beyond plumped though was a struggle. I blame random thirst (yes it has an effect for me) and my over-aggressivness last night. The thirst was just distracting, and too much pressure usually results in an overall decrease in sensitivity which makes getting hard more difficult. So, the blood spot wasn't the only result of last night's over-zealousness. I also lost sensitivity. That means the rest of my PE this week will be more difficult. It'll get easier though as I build up cum reserves. I'll be more easily aroused.

Well, I just got done with the third workout of the second week of my war on girth. It was a very mixed session to put it mildlyThe positive: EQ was fabulous, perhaps the best it's ever been since I started this war on girth. The jelqing portion went very smoothly. Oh I had to stop now and again to regain hardness, but once hard, it stayed that way for awhile. My hands are still getting tired after just five ulis and my dick is still experiencing discomfort from the pressure, but overall, my hands are holding up much better than before and my dick is feeling the pressure less.The negative: Another injury, another battle scar. This time, it was a blood blister . . . on the head! That's right, a blood blister on the head! I'm going to have to be extra cautious Friday and Saturday night. I thought I had scaled back the pressure enough, but apparently not. It's super annoying too! I don't feel the blister, but I want to pop it! The idea of my dick bleeding though does not sit well with me at all.This blood blister is going to be another scar, I know it. The last time blood got significantly close to the surface of the head, it left a small brown mark near the opening. I'll bet anything this is going to be similar. *sigh* I wonder what my dick will look like once I reach the magical 8x6 if I ever get there. Will it be an ugly mottled ghost of what it used to look like? lol.
