I've just finished another session.


good sensations and good work out in general.
i did:

5 min warmup with hot water
1x30 sec (up down left right front) x2
5+5 (left right) circle stretch after every 2x30 .
200 jelqs 60 v jelqs
5min warmup-cool down.


22 days no porn

firts p.e session of the year :D


I did:

5 min warmup with hot water
1x30 sec (up down left right front) x2
5+5 (left right) circle stretch after every 1x30 .
50 jelqs +30 vjelqs+ 100 jelqs+30vjelqs+ 10 jelqs(>90% erection) + 20tunica tugs (i think i did that exercise) + 5uli+ 2 hold 10secs.
5min warmup-cool down



25 days no-porn.

my kegel routine(one in the evening, one in the morning):
100 kegels
10 x10sec hold kegel
other random stuff (gradually hold, or an hold as far as I can...etc)

today I had privacy problems so I splitted the session in 2 parts

5 min warmup with hot water
2x30 sec (up down left right front)
5+5 (left right) circle stretch after every 1x30 .
5 min warm up



5 min warm up
50 jelqs +30 vjelqs+100 jelqs+30vjelqs+ 50 jelqs(mix beetween jelqs >90% erection and tunica tugs)

no warm up after p.e session

27days no porn(for a couple of minutes I saw some hot pics...but i didn't give up and I didn't masturbate..and now I'm more committed to go foward!)


now kegels..and, for today, i'm done :D

piis are good, I can't do stretch without having an erection every time, so i have to wait a little bit between every 1x30''

girth looks a little bit improved, the lenght I think it's the same..after this 90 days I will add more stretch

piis are good, and , maybe because i see my penis in a good form and sometimes i think "I'm starting to get big." I have erections every time.
I think my gain in EQ is 60% mental..lol

so, during stretch, is a "problem"

i stretch at 40-50%...any advice?I would like to stretch flaccid

Hi Lazoteli, congrats on keeping a detailed log :)

About stretching at 40-50% erection I would suggest that you wait till the erection subsides under 30% and then continue your stretches. Sometimes it happens to me as well and I guess it takes time to accommodate with the exercise.

You're right tastyf..but lately every 1x30" i got a semi...if i shake it, it's "worst"(i mean, good piis..and when you focus on girth , i good..but for stretch exercises it's not helpfull), if i rest, i spend a lot of time..

i will try to jump or doing stuff that keeps the blood away :D

first day off of the week.

I see girth improved, lenght looks the same but we all know that between the same improvement in girth and lenght , there is a huge difference in what concerns the perspection.

i was thinking to do a little change on my routine.

girth is going good, even if, for now, temporary, thanks to the tunica tugs, i think.


But i would like to add 5 mins of clamping. 2 or 3 times a week.

I'm going to buy a clamp, but i don't know if the measures are good.

is a clamp with max and min "extension " of 75x65mm and 42x27mm good?

if i can, I'll post the ebay link .

I've started another week

2 weeks more and I will end my first 3 months of continuative pe after a long period on off with just some easy routines to maintenance.
I did some easy jp's routine the first weeks and now something similar to the full jp's routine(less jelq, but more intense)


Since my gap beetwen BPEL and BPSL in very short..less than 0,4 inch, and my eq are good (and I see my girth a little bit improved) I will give a shot to the TGC theory.


today I did the same routine of last days, tomorrow I will do more stretch and less girth stuff

I was thinkin about a new routine:

1x30" (down left righ front up-left up-right) x2 tot 6 min

10 big circles clockwise

1x20"(down left right front up) tunica tugs (without erections..with erections are awesome for girth)

10 big circles counterclockwise

a stretch 1x30"down

blunded stretch 2x20" only left (I've noticed I have a little curve in my penis and , by doing this exercise, i will work in an opposite way)


50 jelqs 30 vjelqs 30 tunica tugs jelqs (70%erection) 30v jelqs




I have to test it, than I will make some changes if this routine will be to much.

Sorry I took so long to answer. I use a cable clamp that swings all the way open. That way if I feel sore or any other problems I will be able to remove it easily. When you clamp you will swell up (which is why we clamp) so you Dont want to risk not being able to remove the clamp.

Right now I'm following the TGC theory, so for a month I will focus on lenght, then I 'll buy a cable clamp and I hope it will be helpfull!

did you notice some difference /gains when you've added clamping in your routine?
