Hello!

I've been doing p.e since 3-4 years but inconsistently (2 month yes 2 no, something like that) . I've gained aprox 2,5 cm in lenght (1 inch) (updated at 25 october 2014) by doing:
100/150 jelqs(1 hand,1rep) , and, sometimes 1x30" stretch for every directions.
I don't know my original girth size , but think I've gained 0,5 inch or something like that.

then I've stopped for 1 year and a half.
on may 2017 I've started p.e again with a lenght focused routine by performing stretches for 30-40 minutes and few dry jelqs and squeezes.
I've gained another 0,4 inches.

BPEL 15.5/16 cm (6.1/6.3 inch)



25 October 2014 measures are:

BPEL 18cm (7,1 inch)
NBPEL 16cm (6,3 inch)

MEG 14cm (5,50inch)

Girth on the base 15,5 (6.11)
middle shaft 13,5cm (5,32 inch)
under the glans 12,5 cm (4,93 inch).

21 January 2015 (after 2 1/2 months of conditioning and jp90's routine)

I've stopped with p.e for almost one year and a half with the symptons you can read in the threads I linked.
It was a very tough period...
Then I've started with very light stretch and long warms up.
After weeks i've added more stuff and now I'm doing a normal routine lenght focused with some dry jelqs squeeze and edging.
I've gained a 0,4-0,5 inch - 1cm in few months, I'm very happy with that.



right now I'm

BPEL 19,5 cm-7,7 inch .

first lenght GOAL achieved, fuck yes.
I'm going for the 8 inches.

After a break, I will start a penis Pump routine
I've changed the way of measure it.
A different bone pressed, on the side, steals me about 1 cm, but more accurate and less painful

So I will consider my new BP 19,5 cm, my NBPEL still the same, off course, so about 18,5 cm.

Girth also the same

Girth on the base 15- 15,5 (6.11)
middle shaft 13,5-14 cm (5,32-5.51 inch)
under the glans 12,5-13 cm (5.1 inch).

I started "young" ( 20 yo , maybe with development i've gained even without p.e) with an easy routine so I hope I have not reached my potential in terms of progress , even though I already gained something!


Until I'll reach my goal (7.5 inches long and 5.91 MEG) I'll be realistic :(: D even if my final goal is the famous 8x6.

Besides, if I reach my length plateau , I will focus on the girth because I think it is the only one that really give you the perception of "big "!

I've finished the second week of jproutine.

I'm still doing less jelqs by counting one rep every change of hand but with an erection around 70/80% , so i'm doing half of the normal jelqs and all the v jelqs in the routine.

I think is working fine..

Piis are good, but i'm also using some integration (ginseng and zma) .. I do some gym too and I swim.


I did only 1 day rest after 5 0n. maybe in the middle of the week i will do the other day or i will skipp until I reach 5on again.

Doing great Lezoteli.

Don't undervalue rest days. Especially in the beginning, rest is as equally as important as workout days. You may want to consider adding 1 or even 2 rest days during the week. So a 5 on/2 off, or 2 on/1 off.

Keep those PI's and EQ up. It's the key to success, as is patience and consistency.

i've finished the third week

this thime i wasn't at 100%. i don't know why
i did a rest day in the middle of the week

then i continued whit jp routine without stretch and less jelq.

piis in the morning where ok, but i wasn't horny during the day (lol) like the 2 weeks before
and during p.e my erections where not good..but during edging, yes.


will see this week.

I did 10 days of pause and now finished the 5th week, I think.
It's a problem here in this forum because you can't tell tha day you posted something..it only says (1 week ago..2 weeks ago..etcetc)
today rest day , tomorrow I will continue with full jpp routine

Don't be afraid to log in daily to keep accurate track of your progress, the routine you did and your PIs.
If you add funny jokes I may chime in quite often.

Also you can type the date into your log. That way you know what day it was when you review.

finished another week.

I think I will take the mesaurament in february (after three months of p.e,counting the 10 days of rest i did in november)


piis are good.

I'm not kegeling a lot, but i will focus on that.

I'm still not doing the full jp routine..less stuff in generale (but this week I will follow the all jp's routine)


during exercises, girth looks good... lenght less..but , maybe , "thanks to the girth" :D



I stopped watching porn last week (actually it's 2-3 months i don't watch porn videos..but i used to watch hot images..yes, i tought it was different...it's not ahah it's still porn even if with less action and less impulsions in comparison to the videos.)


for now, that's it :D

I take an off day the 24 and 26 december..

now I will do 5 days on.

i'm focusing with the stretch (even if i'm doing the entire jp90 routine)..I realize I never dedicate the right diligence to it...let's se..

one month and i take the measures!
I don't see big changes..just sometime (a little bit) with the girth...but i see my penis everyday so..it's not so easy to tell

day 20 without any kind of porn and hot material..
more than 2 months without porn videos.



I can tell the difference..jerking off with porn and , just, HOT material, even if it's not a video, doesn't count like a "1 day without porn".


so , from now, i will count just the days without any kind of visual stimolation that is not fantasy or real girls during sex.

to be onest, even if my eq during sex was a little bit compromised by the lack of mental excitation ("thanks" to the porn videos I use to jerk off in all this years)...Stop watching at it, didn't cost me so much.

I don't need it. I just have a little bit of tentation when I'm alone , in front of the pc and I'm getting bored.


Btw, a suggest(for people who wants sto watching porn, of course), keep your pe session for the night...in this way, if, during the day, you are tempted to watch porn...start your pe session (if you do p.e in the morning , well, yuo risk to do another session in the same day :)

try to associate and then trasform the need of porn, in the need of do some p.e!

by the way, I've just started to study English in a grammar book few days ago (the few things I know are thanks to all the subtitled tv series I've been watching in this years)

Nice log mate, keep up the good work. I noticed that what kept me serious about PE and getting good gains was to keep a dedicated log everyday, really force myself to write into it even when I didn't do anything. Simply to write in how my PIs or NIs were, the fact I was taking a rest day, etc. It is like your own personal diary, but of course we can all look at it and give you guidance and help throughout your journey :)

I've finished another p.e session.


today I did:
5 min warmup with hot water
1x30 sec (up down left right front)
5+5 (left right) circle stretch after every 1x30 .
150 jelqs.
5min warmup-cool down


21days no porn material



during stretch I feel like I can concentrate better if I don't do kegels..what do you think?


and during the final warmup I'm lazy and I don't do kegels ...So i think I will do a routine during the morning and evening but not during my p.e session.


what can I do?


I 've been thinking at something like :

100 kegels 1 sec
10 kegels 10 sec
1 kegel until I can resist

x 2 (one time in the morning, one in the evening).

yes, the best way to learn a language (after live in a native country) is watch a lot of movies/series in the language you're interested in.

By doing so, my understanding/listening, now, is at a very high level.

I've got a lack in grammar/writing and speaking but I will focus on that :)
