Well i feel like crap. I guess it may be nyquuil residue but i got in 4 sets of squats, 3 sets of modified push ups, 3 sets of ab work, downloaded 795 pictures off of my digital camera. Rotated one of my compost piles. Planted some purple bearded irisis and made dinner, pasta.

You did all that and you feel like crap? Holy moly!!! Nyquil would do me in for sure! And I take much longer now to detox the meds, doesn't really matter which--guess I should just be happy that I am as intact as I am.

I planted the purple irises too, KP--put them in just a few weeks back. Thank God, I did it then. We turned into little Siberia last week. We are about to be hit with another Siberian blast tomorrow. I drag my ass to the car--take a loving glance at the frozen "tundra" here and wait for the next snow burst--just enough snow so that it can "ice up", and so I can fall I am "old" ass. It's getting kind of wrinkled--my old ass--have to get back to the pool.

Love ya, guy!! Give Whoredog a scratch on the "keppy" for me. :hug:

Still feel like crap and its been 3 days since i had my last nyquil dose.

Sounds like more than Nyquil.
Nyquil is effective but knocks me out. I never take it more than 3 nights in a row.

I took it for about 3 nights alcohol free nyquil.

Im glad im not in Montana that cold front runs right across the state then turns south cauing the that canadian chill to dip down. Were missing the freeze here in Norcal. But we are getting lots of rain. The China Lillies are getting ready to bloom. I planted, two types of Dafidils pink and giant Dafidils, Snow Lilies and Mountain Lillies, Along with three types of Bearded Irisis. I also planted Giant Tulips.

Man, I'm looking forward to spring and winter has hardly begun--near zero here the last two nights 5" of snow on the ground.

Im glad i live in California.

Well today i did 5 sets of squats, 3 sets of modified push ups, walked for 20 minutes.

last week exercise schedule was ascewed do to schedule changes. This week is different. 4 sets of Squats, 4 sets of push ups, bicycles for abs this was done on Saturday, sunday 4 more sets of squats.

on around the 13th of January i had surgery to put a fistual in my right wrist so they can hook up the dialysis line there. so for two week i was ordered not to strain it or lift more than 10 lbs.

But that been a month now. so back to a light exercise routine which i have been doing in the chair at dialysis. do simple stretches and claithenic typ exersice. I work the abs, glutes, calves, arms, lats, pecs. all these areas have seen a decline in muscle tonus.
