I have an idea for my new routine, so if I ever make gains I'll let you know .
I've mostly recovered good libido and EQ through diet (among other things) so I'm happy about that, it had been years of struggle and I don't think anyone can gain without good EQ and decent libido.
I can only say that imo we both have a tendency to be gung-ho in our approach (too much PE, not enough rest, maybe no heat), I'll try something a bit different and we'll see.
You know this but if you've been clamping for months and there's no change then there's no reason it's going to happen in the next ones, from what you said you changed the way you clamp so that sounds good (rest is an other variable :biggrin1
