Well look who is still at it! How's it going?
Curious, are you sore at the end of your clamping sets? Big girtha mentioned he would call it a day when he felt sore, but I think he also did some form of length work (hanging?) in combination with all the clamping. From what I remember you liked doing bundled stretches before girth work, maybe the combo would help with girth? I wanted to give them a try but got a nice blood blister which I mainly attribute to not using lube and being reckless :thanks:

Yeah, I get sore with these short intense clamping sets. I usually take it off when it starts getting sore. I find I am getting a lot more expansion than the lighter clamping-longer edging sessions. I prefer the long edging sessions, they are a lot of fun but just not time-friendly! Was dedicating up to an hour and more to it. My current set-up I am reading/studying while clamped and just need the bare minimum to stay erect as the clamp does most of the work. Since the start of the year I have not gained back any girth but got some length gains back. I reckon this new method will reap the rewards though.

It's nice to be able to combine working on the brain and working on the penis, I found it was too demanding and gave up the first part a long time ago.

So Kickin my friend. How do you feel about your clamping time today? I've just recently begun. Yesterday, maybe 15 minutes. Today 10 this morning, 15 this afternoon with with about 50 kegal jelqs. I don't feel like I'm gonna get any girth gains with this limited time.
I see what you mean, I prefer to "give my all" and be fully focused for the work out, I don't like passive PE, but in the end gains are what matters. Nice on the coding part, that could definitely turn out to be useful . Mem is a better person to talk to (than me :biggrin1: ) if you have questions, he's well versed into the field.No, unfortunately not. I am not sure I still have it. I got way better expansion and workout with the double clamp and mentioned it recently on here that I was going to go back to using it. I hope I still have it somewhere. It might have gotten thrown out when I was moving a year ago because I wasn't bothered with PE at the time. I will try find it later today or tomorrow. Double clamping is the business! Yeah, doing PE by itself is often just too time-consuming and feels like a waste of time. I have always felt that way, hence originally buying a phallosan and also getting into vacuum-hanging. Can do other stuff at the same time. I have been trying to learn coding the past few months, so will try to keep that up for travelling/emigrating purposes.
